Subjective opinion
Do they tend to have webbed paws like a newfoundland? Also, do they slobber like one?
They will inherit traits from the Newfoundland. I would say they drool, but not as much as a purebred Newfoundland. Most will have semi-webbed paws. Even poodles were originally bred to swim and retriever (hence the webbed feet).
I have a newfypoo. We were actually buying a standard poodle, and the puppy had both parents listed as standard poodles, but after awhile we realized the puppy was a newfypoo. We are actually happy that we've got newfypoo, this is the most loyal and loving dog we ever had. He is not drooling unless you show him food, then it starts dripping from his mouth.
I have 2 Newfiepoos they do not shed or drool.. loveable and playful fur babies
