      I've personally recieved actual personal death threats on at least two occasions for no good reason, and at one point someone doxxed my girlfriend solely to fuel their ego.
      Mind you, the death threateners shut up when I thanked them for the heads-up and told them I'd keep my 12 gauge loaded, and my girlfriend can more than handle herself. But this is the kind of thing human trash will do when they don't think their actions have consequences, and it's a large part of what's wrong with society and why high school students keep getting shot.

      I love how, in a comment thread on a video about the scummiest anonymous internet tough-guys, in multiple replies to a comment also talking about this same topic and how relatable it is as if it can happen anywhere..... It literally happens between two children only a few posts directly under it in a only a matter of days.
      Kinda proves the point. Like saying "Hey, isn't it scary how domestic terrorism can happen anywhere at any time?" and then boom. The floor below yours literally blows up before you move on to the next sentence.

      That being said, it's true most bullies actually lack the drive and motivation to make something of themselves, always preferring the easier option. The above methods require some effort and vulnerable targets. The worst bullies I knew from school have ended up in jail, or unemployed people living off state benefits in a council estate. Granted, the latter of those things isn't really a bad life and you're better off than some hard working minimum wage workers that never quite made it.

It's a small miracle that SWK ended up coming out of this as well as he did because similarly, often people in school who are weak and easily picked on tend to be the same way more or less well into adulthood. Awesome vid! I think what made SWK a sensation was the feeling of the vid that he was whole heartedly pretending he was a Jedi behind close doors, but everyone was actually watching. Thus, opening the possibilities of YT in it's early years, that of which makes the the SWK video a true GOAT.

      woah woah woah This kid was a 15yr old who made a hilariously awful Star Wars fighting demo. Now Chris chan was like 25 when people discovered his ass & that was before the infamous videos of him fuckin blow up dolls, drinking his semen or screaming about being the true creator of sonichu & challenging the trolls. The Star Wars kid got a law degree & Chris chan is trying to be a woman & kissing random ppl at conventions

    • @AnAverageGoblin
      @AnAverageGoblin 6 років тому +32

      Frank, I just said that because of the following reasons
      A) Both got internet fame
      B) Both got negative attention
      The Star Wars Kid is like a smarter chris-chan because of those reasons and how both got screwed over because of it, while indirectly, SWK ended up doing the right thing and didn't become a jackass by reacting to the negativity in the way they wanted him to.
      I could go on longer about this, but you should get my point, I wasn't saying he was a fat guy with glasses that did stupid shit on the internet, I was comparing the situation they were in because of the internet fame they both got. I think you're looking too deep into a small comment.
