Due to severe weather, the Class of 2022's graduation and commissioning ceremony on May 27, 2022, was shortened after students received their diplomas. Filmed in the Naval Academy's Memorial Hall, Class President Ensign Andre Rascoe delivers the remarks he had prepared for Class of 2022's graduation day.
