Unfortunately we drilled right thru the water line! Never thought water lines would be in the way, so beware!
Wow. I would have never guessed the line would run there. Where was it going to and from to be there?
Water supply to hot water heater, drill thru hot water line
@George Rohlinger all our water is contained between the 2 doors. Great idea to check first though. Bummer George. Hope it wasn't to hard to repair the line.
Did the door close with the steps out?
Yes. They stay out when parked and secure inside for travel.
I can’t get my door to shut with the steps down
Have you tried adjusting the legs down and up and also did you take the trim off the floor before installing?
@@TheLOTSProject ya I ended up having to take the door jam bottom piece off to get it low enough but now when I shut the door I have a little air gap. Not sure what else to do at this point but it wouldn’t go low enough. I even put the legs all the way in and was pushing down on the steps and the door still wouldn’t shut with the metal piece under it
@jayf2487 man. Not sure what ya got going on. What kind of camper do you have?
@@TheLOTSProject it’s a 2017 forest river Salem cruise. Thanks for the responses it’s all good. Il just have to get a thinner bottom piece
