What a great message. I'm dutch and tinted (indonesian blood) and know how it is to be judged and discriminated against on my skin color. I'm not like that at all. But to be honest many of my "kind" are doing exactly the same to the "whites". It doesn't matter if you are white, brown, black, yellow, gay, lesbian, fat, thin, etc. Appreciate and respect each other. Nobody is perfect. It's not an original but with the way Home Free thinks and their personalities it could very well be theirs. Because what good guys they are. And then they sing it so unbelievably. The two incredible low voices of Tim and Chance. The great background vocals and adlibs from Austin and Rob, the amazing harmony and Adam with the inhuman sounds he makes in combination with the bass just sound fantastic.

Great song by a group of Great Men. Another great song of theirs is "Don't Laugh at Me" with Mark Wills. It also shows what these Guys are made of. It's an anti bullying song.

Great reaction, as usual. Knew you’d like the lovely message from Tim at the end. #Homefree actually got a lot of backlash for this and lost fans. I’ve read that our guys basically shrugged and said “bye.” Westboro Baptist “Church” (an American … group masquerading as a church) actually picketed #Homefree for their stance. Tim tells rather funny stories about that in shows (look for fan videos labeled “Uncle Tim runs his mouth” or “Storytime with Tim”).
On another note, I’d love to see your reaction to “A Southerner in the Snow.” It’s not a music video, but a “travel log” of Tim (a Southern Texas native who didn’t see snow until he was 20) going to visit bandmates in Minnesota (pretty far north) in the middle of winter. You’re sure to enjoy Tim’s reactions and humor. I’ve seen it at least a dozen times, and it still makes me giggle.

Even agreeing to disagree for the sake of the relationship is the adult choice. Respect for the persons choices, as long as they return that respect has preserved many of my decades long friendships. I don't think conditional friendships would last very long. Love is a choice and should not be dependent on walking in lock step on every issue.(How boring would that be? 😉)
