I have dyed and damaged hair as well. I've tried olaplex 0 and 3 together a total of 4 times and didn't really notice a difference. Maybe it takes longer? I also just tried the curlsmith bond salve and it seemed very healthy and soft right after it was washed. I'm on day 2 hair though and it seems right back to normal. But I feel more hopeful towards the curlsmith. I have long 3a hair. Just thought I'd share my results on those!
My hair tangles so easily too! I used to have long hair like yours. I cut it to just below my shoulders and it's still very easily tangles while styling. I find that using a gel with a lot of slip really helps. They don't often have a lot of hold so I end up adding another product on top for hold. Two that I like a lot are Curlsmith Hydro Style Flexi Jelly and the TreLuxe Reflex serum. I don't know why they call it a serum. I guess it's the best way to describe a light hold moisturizer? LOL!

what do you ask for when u get a trim/for layers? i'm growing my hair out and i usually cut my own hair but i don't know how to do the layering for more volume esp w longer hair.
I love your curls! Your curls are similar to mine but I can’t seem to get my curls more defined & also trying to grow it out. Can I get the same results with air drying it since where I live it’s hot 🇵🇷? And also what hair cut do you have? What hair cut is best for this type of curls? To also help let it grow?
I live in PR too girl, air drying works fine for me but it can take a while since it's so humid, If you need more defined curls you might need to use different products (maybe something with more protein?) Or maybe your hair isn't wet enough when you apply products

De crema creo que Shea moisture curl defining cream tiene bastante proteína y es buena. Y hay un deep conditioner brasileño que se llama queratina brasileira que parece como un tubo de pasta que viene en una cajita roja, yo lo conseguí en un beauty supply en el mall de mayagüez pero lo he visto en otras tiendas locales por ahí par de veces, está brutal siempre que lo uso los risos me duran un montón. Pero cuidado que no uses demasiados productos con proteína a la vez porque te pueden dejar el pelo duro

Hi kitty I don’t have any videos on that but for quick recommendations I would say to take hair,skin, and nails vitamins (any brand) and start incorporating weekly scalp massages to stimulate blood flow, that helps with hair growth. Kat’s curls on Instagram has some amazing posts walking through her hair loss and the journey on getting it back I’ll try to find that for you!
