Really good job. I'm looking for the lamp holder you have on your profile picture. Can you tell me where you got it from? How big is the headlight 7 inch? Thank you in advance

Hey thank you! The headlight holder is made by myself. And is a 7 inch. Can make a video about it. Planing to make a new one.

Hey Limited Edition, I hope you might help me.
I'm having a bit of a problem with the Unit Garage kit.
On the right side, you have to place it between the Telelever and the engine, as you said it's a very tight fit but with the help of a friend weighting down the motorcycle it was very helpful.
Although when the bike is on the center stand the Telelever go so far up that it pinches the metal oil line between the Engine and the Telelever.
Do you also have this problem?

      Hey 😃
I have no pinch between the telelever and the engine. Maybe try to adjust/rotate the fitting in too of the engine. Or maybe is a production problem

How did you remove the 2 stars pattern breakable screws that hold the ignition lock? I see you bent some steel and used those screw to hold the headlight and turn signals and trying to do the same but those screws, they are a nightmare to remove and I'm unsuccessful so far.

Hi I just used an angle grinder, and cut a grove in the head of the screw. And then I used a flat headed screwdriver. otherwise get the Ignition security bolt fitment tool

Hey man, i'm into buying a r1100gs but i'm a bit worried for any problems (Since it's 20+ years old) and about that oil cooler. Will it prevent me from riding for many Kms in hot weather?

My chrisgeo! Do it! My bike has done 160000km and runs without any problems. Is a really well build machine bmw has made. I have not found any problems with the cooling. And compared to old honda's and yamaha's bmw have both cooling fins and oil cooler. So I don't think you should worry.

@@victorbh94 Great then! I'm gonna custom the sh*t out of it too. Thinking for a military green or black-grey camo tank for now:)
Oh, one last thing. I heard some rumours that it's hard to find reliable mechanics to work on the specific bike, and BMWs generally, and when you do find someone service and other maintenance work is expensive asf. What's your opinion on that?

    • @victorbh94
      @victorbh94  4 роки тому

      Hey Zabi
Fed ide!

      Men tak for info.

Looks awesome. Do you know how much weight you took off the bike?
