Very interesting build! Two questions from me: 1 - Don't you think that the hole under the tank should be somehow isolated from rains and other stuff? I mean the hole that you got after the whole front fairing is removed. I think the electronic stuff is way too exposed to rains now: it's easy to get wet and cause some problems (or?) 2 - How did you deal with that lambda sensor after you reconfigured the exhaust route? I mean did you make any intake adjustments or just attached the new exhaust system and it worked fine right away? (just curious because of thinking about my own project)
Hi vitalii Is not a problem with the m unit exposed that way, is a dry area on the motorcycle. So I doubt that will give any problems. The lamp sensor is still mounted in the exhaust, on the bmw r1150 decat. So is that same as before. I did not find any reason for reTuring
Hey Limited Edition, would you happen to have the link for the plate holder you bought and did you encounter any issue with the LED rear light and turn signals as I know you sometime have to modify a relay in the fuse box.
Looks good. I had a GS1100 from 1996 to 2010 and did over 90,000 miles on it. Great bikes.
