Permits for water? There has to be some “homestead farming” bit you could use to get around that I bet?
Nope. But to be honest I might not need a permit to extend the water. It's more the gas that I'd like to put in someday.

Did hermanni breed in green house too? And what season they usually breed? Are hermanni breed all season if we put them to green house ?
I see the cactus you just got from a previous video. How are they doing?
So far so good. Haven't shown any new buds yet but I'm sure they will in time. It can take a few months to a year to get the pads going. Just depends.
