Ok. I have a question. I purchased the 2017 model. And installed it per video instruction. very easy to install. However on my options the climate control and seats option is grayed out. very frustrating. I also have a 2015 fusion. Also I noticed you remote start unit starts the car imedently after you press the lock button on The third time. mine has about a 5 sec delay. I spoke to the dealer I bought it from and he tells me that some features may not be available. Will you just proved that to be incorrect. I sent him a message to try to get help and he won't respond. any ideas? frustrated cause I can't always remember to hit the ac max when I get it off the car. completely defeating the purpose of buying the remote start

Does your diagnostic port still work after installing this? My port won’t work and now i can’t use my scanner. Just wondering if you had a solution to this problem. It probably won’t be too much of a hassle to disconnect it when i get my inspection done
I haven't needed to use it seen installing but I have gone to do emissions testing and it has worked there no problems
@@RedCGaming turns out the fuse was blown for the obd2 port. change the fuse and now it works perfectly fine! thank you tho

I bought a factory remote start from the dealer for $350 Canadian installs the same way. Then you go to the dealer and program it for half hour labour. Total cost $450 for factory remote and no horn separate key fob no warranty void .
What model is this for the 2015 as well? I’m helping my friend install it on his and don’t want to half ass it in any way
@@keithbroh5730 My car was a 2014 but I believe 2103 to 2018 but do buy do buy the factory remote from the dealer! Im very happy with mine. 15 minute install and brought to the dealer for programming
did this unlock the remote starter options in the cluster automatically, or did you have that unlocked first?
Did you figure this out? I installed mine but I'm not getting any options on the cluster.

I pretty sure there is. theres a code you can put into forscan to disable it. just google forscan ford fusion program codes and the year of your car.
I installed one of these for a 2015 Ford fusion and now my lights are stuck on. No idea how to fix that....
Try reinstalling it again. Unless you got a faulty unit.
