You can get speed limit signs on the factory 2 screen cluster. Works in my 2016 Fusion SE with Nav SYNC3. I turned on Nav repeater in IPC with FORScan. I also have latest maps and SYNC3 software updated with CyanLabs updater.

Would this allow you to retain certain features such as adaptive cruise control among other settings that are controlled by the standard Fusion cluster?
From what I know the clusters in the Fusion and Taurus look similar but are different. I honestly don’t think it would but I don’t know for sure. I’d just shoot Robert a Facebook message and ask him. He’s the expert haha. His Facebook link is in my bio
The Taurus is a different vehicle architecture, so it would not work in the Taurus. The instrument clusters may look the same on the outside. However, internally they are very different.
I’m not sure what the energi Fusion is, sorry. You can message Robert on Facebook (link in the description for his profile) and ask him. I think I heard that it won’t work on the hybrid, not sure if that’s the same thing or not. But I’d definitely ask him, I’m not an expert

The chimes like on startup and when the door is open? Yeah those all work. They actually change to the Lincoln chimes instead of the Ford ones which I think sound a lot nicer
I don’t know why Ford decided not to have that option for the 2017 Ford Fusion sport instead of having that ridiculous factory cluster gauge. I seen other base fusions 2013 to 2021 have both gauges like the Lincoln MKZ 2013 to 2021 similar. Ford is being lazy. 😆
Doesn't work that way, actually you have to reprogram the clusters with specific information so it will actually work with your vehicle. Like your cluster is only a display, while all your information is actually stored on an on-board computer system
