    I want thank God the day I found this channel. I got the belt and as you said "decide that I wasn't going to have surgery". So I committed to the process and believed that one day I would be healed. You gave me hope that repair was possible and I'm about 3 weeks now after returning to full activity and no sign of hernia. George, thanks for posting this video. I’ve been following your program and working on my inguinal hernia for about 3.5 years and I’m now 7 days without it popping out. John’s advice got me over the final hump - I started doing what he said, doing kegels and tightening my TVA muscles deep inside, I picture it like crunching a soda can and holding it. Started doing that before every rep when working my lower abs. I can’t believe it has finally worked. I also follow a plant-based diet, been doing that for about four years. So amazing that it finally paid off. Happy to help others by sharing my journey, anyone should feel free to ping me. Thanks again for all you do for the community!

      Thts great man
      I’ve had an inguinal hernia for the past 11 years (I’m 22)
      Around puberty I used to cross my legs a lot and apply pressure and I did this for a year or two. By age 12 it was too late. I had a hernia type bulge and since I got it around puberty, I believe it had affected my size down there but that’s just me. I’m currently trying to be vegetarian 🌱 but that’s really about it. Is that everything you did and what are your thoughts on aloe Vera and hernia belts? Also what did you to tighten your tva muscles?
      Thanks

    I mostly healed my hernia by doing modifications of the physical programs you've mentioned. However I did it all by laying down, standing up or moving while doing the exercise made it worse. When I lay down I do the pelvic tilts and then the air suck ins works the transverse abdominis. Then I do a third exercise which combines all of them in 1/2 pelvic tilt transverse abdominis and then just tighten my stomach is hard as I can. I was not aware of the stress response and I'm going to start working on that immediately! Please people don't go to the doctors or the hospitals for anything even if you have the flu or any of these viruses or even your hernia, it is a sick sick world out there where all these pharmaceutical companies are out for profits and doctors are being misinformed we need to heal ourselves!

    Hi, I just found out about your youtube channel and you have very quality content. I have one question for you. Can that gap in the abdominal wall thats causing hernia heal completely. Can that hole close on its own with right treatment completely, or it stays and the only thing you can do is strenghten surrounding muscles?

    • @MyNaturalHerniaCure
      @MyNaturalHerniaCure  2 роки тому +3

      Great question, and this is highly debatable. Some people seem to think not, but I think that eventually under the right circumstances, the hole can get smaller. It will never close completely because the hole is there from birth in every person. The hole (or holes) need to stay open to allow the spermatic cord to pass through.

    Hiya
    Just diagnosed here in Dubai. The surgeon said mine is mild and we can watch and wait. I have two one on either side 28mm. The left one is partially reducible and right one (the one that I feel) is relatively irreducible. whatever that means.. I assume that's small to medium size stage one or two right? The left one is not protruding the right one is with fat directly into my scrotum canal. As such, I don't have any bulges. On a pain level it comes and goes and is not really pain but more an awareness discomfit level of about 1 to 1.5 out of ten. I weigh 85kg so not massively overweight. My questions are>
    1. Will these exercises help when it's in the canal and with no bulge?
    2. What do I watch for to see if it's getting worse? Mindful of not wanting it to end up strangulated. I think it's only fat at the moment pushing through on the right side.
    I've adjusted my diet already to be more veggie and less to no red meat and I already drink 3 litres of lemon water daily so that part is nailed. I shall start these exercises today :) I also found that an Ibuprofen tablet pretty much takes the awareness pain away altogether but yeah not sure I want to take 450mg of ibuprofen daily. Rubbing ibuprofen down there also works.
    Thanks very much for your channel and videos.

My definition of EFT is Emotionally-Freeing Truth. Jesus is the Truth and the Truth shall set you free. Jesus said, that after we have been healed, we should not go back to sin or a kind of unhealthy living that made us sick or it would be worse, John 5:14. Lets maintain healing by faith. God is our true healer and our hope of healing. As I pray for you all, I REBUKE THE SPIRIT OF SICKNESS TO GET OUT OF OUR BODIES AND LET THE HEALING FLOW NOW IN JESUS NAME, AMEN! 🙏🕊️

    Is it easier for hernia to reoccur after you have healed it? Are you at higher risk at getting it again?
    Are you still wearing your hernia belt?

    • @MyNaturalHerniaCure
      @MyNaturalHerniaCure  2 роки тому +7

      I believe it would be less likely to reoccur because you are fixing the problems that caused it to begin with. If you get surgery you are slapping a patch on it without addressing any of the underlying causes.

    • @anonyfamous1007
      @anonyfamous1007 Рік тому

      @@MyNaturalHerniaCureYes, I agree... But, how does one know what underlying issue exactly caused it... For eg. In my case.. I'm 45 yrs old, don't smoke, don't have constipation, don't have any cough etc. The only thing I do is weight training (a bit intermittently of late). Such as deadlifts, squats, crunches, leg raises with light weights though...just about 20-25 kgs.
      So, how do I know for sure what caused it (about 10 days ago).

    A quesrion: at the beginning when you just started doing your ab exercises, would your hernia pop out?
    I was at my GP today because I suspected I have a hernia. I only have some sort of bulge which is not reducible and goes away when I flex my ab muscles. Also, when I cough nothing pops out. I also had to breathe in my stomach tto make it stretch outward and GP said it's not a hernia. She also said it's usually a bit more to the right of the inguinal canal.
    Of course I still am a bit doubtful. This bulge / slash elevated surface isn't somethong new though and I had it for a long time. Don't even know when I got it and it didn't get any bigger to my knowledge.
    I also am a regular in the gy for the pas 13 years. Doing relatively heavy squats now that I found some exercises to sort of my lower back (SI joint) and when doing suqats nothing pops out either.
    Nevertheless I will keep doing these exercises because they really hit the lower abs well. It is extremely important to have a strong core.

      The problem with that animal based diet is all the science points to it shortening healthspan. From the NIH in 2020: The review authors found 15 studies with more than 59,000 participants. The review found that cutting down on saturated fat led to a 21% reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease (including heart disease and strokes) but had little effect on the risk of dying. The review found that health benefits arose from replacing saturated fats with polyunsaturated fat or starchy foods. The greater the decrease in saturated fat, and the more serum total cholesterol is reduced, the greater the protection from cardiovascular events. People who are currently healthy appear to benefit as much as those at increased risk of heart disease or stroke (people with high blood pressure, high serum cholesterol or diabetes, for example), and people who have already had heart disease or stroke. There was no difference in effect between men and women.

It’s made with material that is twice as thick so it doesn’t have as much give as the Minimalist version.
