I'm about to justify a road trip there to have my bow tuned this year before hunting and Eric I would love to meet you for the first time and shoot a new tuned bow with you.. would be awesome
New to archery and this video helped me so much! The pro shop in my town didn’t tie any nock points in and I didn’t realize it at the time, but my D loop was actually sliding around on the string. Bought some BCY 3D and BCY #24 and did it myself. Bow shoots great. I was ready to quit because I thought I was never going to be any good at archery. Turns out it was just a bad d loop and nock pinch. Now I’m shooting way better! Thank you so much for these informational videos!
Now that's a guy who takes pride in his work. You can tell because he knows what he is doing and talking about and is willing to teach/explain his every adjustment. I think you need to bring Jeremiah on a hunt or two this year! Heather🇨🇦
Just harvested my first ever big game animal, a black bear one day before season end, and with a bow spot and stalk. Also butchered it on my own following your video techniques. I owe it to you guys (HUSH) for getting into hunting, your such an inspiration!
Jeremiah is the best tuner I’ve seen. I get why you want to try a carbon bow but wouldn’t it be better to just keep shooting last years bow for a few more years. Getting to know your equipment is priceless on a hunt. The only way to do that is to put a ton of arrows down range. I’ve never shot a high let off bow before so I didn’t know states regulated it.
Erick I seen your bow out of the corner of my eye back in the back talking with Jeremiah and the crew that firstlight dip on that carbon was sick whoever did that, they did a good job. I was like that's not a normal color from hoyt what the heck is that? Looks good...
All the archery shops big or small businesses dont set bows up with the level of accuracy that the wild arrow shop does. VERY impressive work Jeremiah! Do you take orders from bc Canada?
Great vid and some good tips. The only nervous point was checking the 3rd axis at full draw with no arrow on the string. That could have been bad news. Otherwise, great video.
In some of your previous vid. I heard you guys talk about what release to use I have monstrous hands ans I have a very hard time with wrist strap releases they just do not fit. What would you recommend.
Going to this shop tomorrow after 2pm. If anyone needs a ride I can pick them up on the way there. I'll also be heading to Easton Archery Range after to shoot for a while. If anyone is interested we can meet up.
hey Eric, I am a left hander but I am right eye dominant - have you had any trouble with your trigger hand since you are right handed but, shoot left ?
how much would this bow and all the accessories cost? I'm looking to buy a bow like this and want to costomise it like this one. How much should I expect to spend?
I’m in the very beginning stages of researching about obtaining my first bow. Though I’m right handed , I’m left eye dominant. Do I buy a left handed bow and start practicing left handed or cover my left eye on a right hand bow?
I'm the same way but I shoot a right handed bow cause It was easier to train my eye then it was to hold stable left handed shoot both at a pro shop cause comfort and ease of holding determined mine training my eye was easier then training my fine motor skills
How should I go about finding a good tech(s) on getting my bow tuned and timed. My local shop didn't go to that extent and my bow suffered from it. Now I'm selling it for cheap and want a brand new one
I would love to have someone help me set up my bow who has all the tools and knowledge to do it perfectly but being in college makes it really hard to afford just the equipment. I was lucky enough to be given a portable bow press so I can attempt to learn the basics through the internet. It seems as if I have done a pretty good job as it paper tunes well. The only thing Im doubting is how well I leveled axis 1-3 on my sight.
Jersey Joe - There no. He gets a new Hoyt bow every time a new one comes out. Hell, he got a Satori which never been out the packaging after a year of being sent it.
Couple things I didn't like, 1. used the wrong bow press fingers for the RX3. Need to use the Ultra locks for the limbs recommended by Hoyt. 2. using a draw board without having a d-loop is way more dangerous the way that was done.
Don't worry, the RX-3 will be obsolete in like 2 years. Wouldn't be surprised if Hoyt "surprised" all the top archery UA-camrs with one to help sell a $1300 bow. They're evolving bows as if deer, elk, bear, etc are rapidly evolving. One day Hoyt might just make a gun and everyone transitions to that from the RX-20.
I realize this video is from a year ago, and I'm sure they are a great shop... That being said, in the Hoyt manual it specifically states the UltraLock Adapters are required for the LCA press or it voids the warranty automatically. Why, especially a reputable shop, would post a video NOT using them on a brand new $1600 bow, and inherently voiding the warranty, is beyond me. Great amount of knowledge and explanation, but for a simple thing of safety to be skipped on, that's just careless.
You just think your bow is tuned ,till u watch a video like this lol. Wilde arrow is truly legit
I knew there was tuning to do on a new bow, but had no idea how much. This guy knows his stuff!

The dude is the best in the business
Is it possible we may see him on an upcoming hunt?

That’s a badass teacher!!!! We need people like him all around the globe. Maryland guys here are bad!
Talked to Jeremiah on the phone this morning. Looking forward to see Hoyt 2020 and getting into a new setup for christmas.
That bow is so sick!! can’t wait to see it in action this season 🏹🦌

I now understand how some of my friends feel when i get into detail about drift cars with them.
Great vid . Are those Hybrid 26 vanes good for fixed blade broadheads ?? like a 2 blade kudu ??
This is very similar to Dudleys set up vids. especially with the tied nock sets. good job.
All the archery shops big or small businesses dont set bows up with the level of accuracy that the wild arrow shop does. VERY impressive work Jeremiah! Do you take orders from bc Canada?
I'm in Coquitlam btw lol
Great vid and some good tips. The only nervous point was checking the 3rd axis at full draw with no arrow on the string. That could have been bad news. Otherwise, great video.
Fantastic Video, Wild Arrow is the best shop around hands down.
Do the helical vanes slow the speed down much?
Great vid👌
So awesome man. I’m a lefty also! I miss my Alphaburner. That’s a sweet rig you have!
I just ordered an rx1 turbo... I’m super stoked
Who did the Camo job? Looks great
Where do you purchase the 80 percent let off module discussed in the video?
In some of your previous vid. I heard you guys talk about what release to use I have monstrous hands ans I have a very hard time with wrist strap releases they just do not fit. What would you recommend.

You should make a video how to Fletch vain on arrows... Using hush vains ..
Agreed
That's literally the exact same setup I did except I used a tight spot quiver literally only difference hope you like it man
This guy is building a new hoyt every month.
and says he doesn't know about tuning bows.

Sweet bow and great viedo
Does Wilde Arrow do internet sales? If so can they set up/tune the bow and ship? (Do everything except paper tune with the new owner)
What draw waight do u use
Jeremiah runs in beast mode with them bows.
I am a lefty too, but my compound bow is for a right handed person. I shoot well with it.
Which color is that on your bow? It’s gorgeous!
Will the vanes slow down the arrow by much?
Been waiting on this video since last years.
Nice vid👌🔥🔥

First, who do you use to dip your Bows? Second, how many adjustments do you have to do for your field tips vs broad heads..
What Broadheads y’all using this year?? Love the content

What do you do with your old bows
What's up with Eric's hair? lol always thought he had a mohawk, then I see he's bald like me so I have to wonder what he's thinking there haha
To make the trip from north dakota worth it?
nice bro Eric
Firebull for life
The description says "win the hush truck" is that from the MTNOPS giveaway that is over or are y'all giving away another truck
FREEDOM RANCH INC oh shoot, must be old
I was just watching that guy Elk Hunt. #Hush
Be honest was there anything wrong with your RX-1 ?
Of course not, he's a victim of marketing.
Wish I had a bow tech like Jeremiah where I live
hi to adjust bottom cam what can i do? isnt lean from factory...
Oh nice!!
So why'd your RX-1 end up sucking so bad?
It doesn't, he gets handouts from Hoyt and raffles his old bows etc.
Mark Johnson and that’s awesome and good for him as long as no one’s writing off the RX-1 as out dated or crappy
Jersey Joe - There no. He gets a new Hoyt bow every time a new one comes out. Hell, he got a Satori which never been out the packaging after a year of being sent it.
Woo hoo!!
85% let off is legal in Idaho
Ray Atwood dude isn’t hunting Idaho again anyway . After he caught charges here he wont hunt here again
Ryan Kylish what do you mean he caught charges or what for?
How many build setups you gonna do in a month... trying to be joe Rogan over here with the hoyt plugs
I have that rest on my hoyt.
Couple things I didn't like, 1. used the wrong bow press fingers for the RX3. Need to use the Ultra locks for the limbs recommended by Hoyt. 2. using a draw board without having a d-loop is way more dangerous the way that was done.
Wrong ..the only bows hoyt recommends those adapters is the bows with the hyperfelx limbs
Need the link for the rest
Here I am still with the hoyt alphamax...... 10 years old

What is that sight called?
Can anyone fill me in on what stabilizer this is?
It is th long thing sticking out by your grip
Just so you know you can have 85% let off in Idaho.
Jake Allen yea he can but In Colorado it’s 80%

I’m left hand
Too much shit that can break. This is why I go #tradlife
Why do states care what your let off on your bow is? Serious question
I've wondered this too
Is it just me, or does that bow look really small
Kuiu camo 👍🏻 but it’s not a Mathews 👎
28:23. ((Yawn))😂
fuck 70's why doesn't anybody buy 80#
Could I have one of your hoxt bows my dad won’t buy me one
Jemiah talks to much
Those strings fray quick, stretch quick and are just junk. Get some decent strings and you'll be alot happier.
