Another aspect in a race? They also should bring back the FULL Nordschleife (aka nurburgring), with the long track, from slow corners to the masive straights (very, very old start finish straight before the newer straight and somewhere else in the track). It got everything (also altitude changes)
+Tijs Herijgers not just the corner, but the downhill straight before it is what makes eau rogue. It wouldnt be such a spectacular corner if the straight leading up to it was half as long
i couldn't agree more, I watched a Renault 2.0 race weekend (plus gt3 and Renault sport rs 01) and I couldn't believe how steep the downhill straight before eau rouge was!
maybe Verstappen size balls are more accurate? (i'm not a fan of him or his driving style.. i quite dislike his style but that boy certainly can light up those 2 corners)
Corners are all way too fast. Needs a chicane or two for overtaking or at least some slower corners somewhere. I love seeing these cars flying through super fast turns but it makes for some boring races i think.
+DonMichaelCapone There is a race called 24hours of Nürburgring, but they don't race just the GP circuit, they race on the whole Nordschleife layout for 24 hours, man. Now that's an epic stuff and this Dream Track is almost nothing compared to the Green Hell.
But look at the Nurburgring Nordschleife structure, the turns are not that hard. A lot of parts of the circuit is full throthle and long 6 or 7 gear turns. I play Nordschleife a lot in a GTR 2 mod for PC and is not a circuit that turns you crazy is so softer and perfect for an endurance race. This dream circuit turns you crazy, so hard turns and so strong for a car 24 hours of race.
+DonMichaelCapone I was racing on Nordschleife in simulators, too. Maybe there are harder turns in the Dream Track, but there are hard turns in Nordschleife, too. Let's begin with the fact, that it's a very tough thing to setup the car correctly, because there are lots of long straights, but there are slow and fast corners, which can be very tricky. This Dream Track is full of "predictable" corners and it's much easier to setup the car correctly, because you don't really need to worry about the top-speed-penalty you would get in Nordschleife (I'm very sure Monza's straight wouldn't do much head ache to anybody in setup). But it's a matter of skill and experience, of course.
i sim race too. the ring has soo so many off camber high speed sweepers. over 120 corners and every single one is unique. so yeah i agree. so tough to set up a car on that crazy course. not to mention the curbs. hitting a curb on the ring is like hitting a square curb on a real city street. those curbs will launch you to the other side of the narrow ass track and into the grass/armco faster than you can blink, let alone attempt to recover.
Daniel Brain i agree, every single corner on this track are high speed and have no overtaking opportunities. but i would still give my life to thrash any era of F1 car around a track like that!
@@CrazyBiti I see an off camber downhill 130r into Eau Rouge dip then raise to raidillion and kemmel straight, just like gran turismo 2's license stage.
This is the track which will separate the men from the boys. I am sure Ham, Schumi, Vettel, Alonso, Kimi would find plenty of overtaking opportunity there.
I heard that the old flat out A1 Austrian grand prix curve was a great adventure. Also the curved straight of the Hockenheimring going into the tight chicane. This would add an opportunity ot overtake.
Made a dream track with GT6 editor which has mirrored Pouhon follow by the Spoon curve. That combination is absolutely epic as I merged the long right hander before the Spoon into the end of my mirrored Pouhon : you can still get through the second half of Pouhon flat out, if you got a good entry and are on the perfect line you'll just go through flat out until the Spoon, where you brake just when getting back to the outside border of the track. But miss even slightly and it's either a crash, or being in the grass won't allow you to recover before Spoon so you'll get off track also there. This section is such a challenge, I love it !
I would add Ascari turn also. Instead of Nurburgring a part of the stadium of Hockenheim? Anyway i m glad Aqua Minerali is also there. Spa and Monza make my hair stand up lol. Great work!
Amazing dream track! Just one thing, in Interlagos, after the "Junção", is "Subida do Café" - we don´t call it "Arquibancadas". After Senna´s "S", is "Curva do Sol". Anyway, great job!
Oh boy how do i miss that era...screaming V10s, gravel and sand, praying for mc laren engine to blow up,waking up early for suzuka and late at night for canada...Those were the days...R.I.P F1.

Schumachring instead of the Nurburing. Another Suggestion the Monza straight leading onto the Baku Straight followed Eau Rouge then then Hanger Straight and then 130R to finish. Full speed ahead. Average speed! 240mph. Lovely!
Amazing! I confess that I was sad thinking that Interlagos straight would be left out, but in the end it was there... From the coffee corner, to the "junção" corner until the Senna's "S" at the end of the straight is amazing. I missed also old Hocken circuit in Germany. The original in the woods!!! That should've been there too
Cool circuit, but a pain in the ass to overtake. I see about four overtaking spots: Elf, Dunlop-Kehre, Senna S, Parabolica. With some luck the first turn in Suzuka when you can use DRS xD
Confi_User_3 I think that turn no. 7 would be also a good overtaking point. But, yes, I agree that it would be hard for drivers to overtake in such a circuit
No he can't. His computer software only makes boring tracks with same curves over and over again. He is just pressing "Randomize" button and the track layout-generator gives him the result. Hermann-dude is the biggest disaster that ever struck F1. I'd rather keep Bernie if they only got rid of that boring track designer. Have you seen his interview? He's just as boring as his track layouts!
To be fair, it's not all Tilke's fault. He has to work with what he is given, and the truth is that there is an atrocious number of regulations that don't allow him to do anything interesting without repeating himself. For example, with today's regulations, Eau Rouge could not exist. And you may think that this is an extreme case, but probably Acqua Minerali wouldn't be allowed too! So blame the FIA and Bernie.
today they like to project the track too much. racing tracks always have to use the natural design of the geagrphy of the place... like the elevation changes in interlagos and spa,
Right and tracks nowaday are created like this. As a trackdesigner I can confirm this. But if the building site is plane you can´t do much as a designer. I think people just don´t realise what amount of stuff you have to think about while designing a racetrack. It´s much more than "only" the layout. Of course, it´s the first and actually the most important step but really, there is so much more. At the end it´s all about money... And to be fair, also at Tilke tracks are many great corners
+schroeder1112 how much money are we talking here? I know that legit F1 tracks run into the multi 100 million dollar range but how much would a relatively plane and simple track like willow springs cost realistically? complete with ground, permits, parking and some small facilities.
Really sad to think how since this footage of Schumi in his heyday was taken, most of these corners have been either neutered by changes to kerbs and runoff, or lost from the calendar all-together.
bestes Video Danke der Michael ist für mich einer der besten Formel 1 und Kart Fahrer ich hoffe das es ihm bald besser geht "Michi Wir brauchen Dich noch "
Bring back cars from 2000 to 2008 and they would sound better and make it easier to overtake because they would be thinner and dirty air wouldn't be a problem
Awesome design, but 3 laps and your tyres would be burned out with all those high speed corners :D
Another aspect in a race? They also should bring back the FULL Nordschleife (aka nurburgring), with the long track, from slow corners to the masive straights (very, very old start finish straight before the newer straight and somewhere else in the track). It got everything (also altitude changes)
Davy Lievens f1 would ruin the whole track because you would need new asphalt, barriers and things like that. the whole spirit would be gone
Davy Lievens wouldn't work, the track is probably "too dangerous" they would have to rebuild a lot of it and that would ruin it
Jacob Billberg MORE 2ND GEAR CHICANES
Dave McKeegan and sore neck
i'd say that spa is the dream circuit by itself.
Eaux rouge is the best corner in the world
+Tijs Herijgers not just the corner, but the downhill straight before it is what makes eau rogue. It wouldnt be such a spectacular corner if the straight leading up to it was half as long

Nope, Nordschleife would be the dream track for F1.
Máté Ágoston yea, if you are into mass suicide, Nordschleife sounds pretty good
130R into Eau Rouge requires some Ricciardo Size balls
is that balls the size of Ricardo himself, or just simply, balls the size of Ricardo's?

maybe Verstappen size balls are more accurate? (i'm not a fan of him or his driving style.. i quite dislike his style but that boy certainly can light up those 2 corners)

and dont forget the 2 km asphalted escape areas on each corner

Sorry, my mistake. I've never been to Yas Marina, so I've mistakenly shrieked the escape zones based on what I see on TV
Robby Irza I wipe my ass with Tylke's ideas.
Robby Irza or its not a 1 min 40 lap time.
Someone needs to make this into a mod for anything. rFactor, GTR2, Assetto Corsa, AMS, anything! Just let me drive this awesomeness!
Who's up for playing with the GT6 track designer? ;-)
Or they could just add a track designer for any of those games.
stig16 The GT6 playstation game already has such a track designer. Many of the hosted online games use custom designed tracks.
Someone should make this track in GT6 then, and then make a video of it. What a track!!
There is already a mod for Rfactor, its the F1 total circuit
Great idea but there would be no overtaking opportunities for cars.
However for motoGP it would be awesome.
Maybe turns 1, 10, 17 and 36? :D
***** it's very hard to overtake on turn 1 and 17

Corners are all way too fast. Needs a chicane or two for overtaking or at least some slower corners somewhere. I love seeing these cars flying through super fast turns but it makes for some boring races i think.
every corner is a over taking zone.
Can you imagine how many Honda units you'd get through doing a weekend of this?
Well maybe not now. But when they first came, I have to ask how many Honda units you'd need to get through 1 lap of this.
Just think how many Renualt PU's this would destroy.
*doing a lap
Bryce Peters The engines are fine, it’s the electronics that are the problem.
Maurizio Arrivabene I like your username lmao
it would be a 24-25 lap race
No it's 25-26
+Lego Tuber you have got to divide 300 by 12.17
305/12,17=25,06, so 26 laps.
Bring it on. Best racers at the front, with a longer qualification.
GP2 Feature Race would be like 13 laps and the sprint would be about 8, LOL
Pouhon into 130R into Eau Rouge/Raidillon into Suzuka sector 1, my god can you imagine? Nice idea, cool video!
You'd need about 10 engines to complete a GP of this.
no because a gp isn't always the same amount of laps. it depends on the lenght of the track
+South4153 You can do a 28 laps gp or something
+South4153 they run 305km. only in Monaco they run 270km because the layout is slow paced and the race would be longer than 2.5 hours
usually F1 GPs have more or less 300 km + one lap
e.g. 1954 German Grand Prix
Course length 22.810 km (22 laps)
Fastest lap: 9:55.1
Brilliant idea for a perfect track !
With Master Schumi for the example, this track should be named *"Trial of Schumacher"*.
"You are hereby sentenced to Trial by Schumacher Course. Get the lap done in under 4 minutes or lose your SuperLicense"
Everyone: oh god oh fuck
We already have a dream circuit, it's called Nurburgring (the old one).
I thought the very same...
+tormen76 I was talking about Nordschleife
its too long
Carlos Ortiz 300 km (race distance) / (circuit lenght) = number of laps. Where is the problem?
Great !!
Very nice your circuit, imagine a 24 hour race in this track.
The drivers need some mental help if they run 24 hours in this circuit, so much turns and concentration.

I really love Eau Rouge, is the turn that you really feels what is the sense of speed.
I donate my back yard to this project! .. Sadly it would have to be about 1/1000th scale :-(
😂😂😂 race with rc cars then :/ (:
It would still be awesome
Get well soon Schumi

That was the idea of Magny-Cours french grand prix, taking some famous track corner and made a new one :)
