@@newspiked7385 yeah it does work well for the chargers, especially behemoths. Pretty niche but still usable. Just not really a good pick overall as AT until they buff its BT damage issues. IMO if you are doing the extra work to aim and hitting the head, you should be rewarded with 1-2 HKO
You guys are a well oiled MACHINE. Superb teamwork means you can bring just about any loadout and win. And you guys dominated with a varied selection of supports and strategems, using them very effectively, with a ton of great communication.

Yeah! The Slugger! It's great to see this old weapon do well again. I ran it with the Flamethrower, and it works nicely for pushing back Brood Commanders and taking out Hive Guards from the front.
I like RR + Strafing Run. Strafing run takes out objectives, kills bile/nursing spewers/hordes of enemies following you and one RR to a titans face followed by a well aimed strafing run can kill 'em dead.
There's always the debate that EAT/Recoilless/Quasar are obsolete in the face of the Spear and Commando, but I still like the Recoilless since it's a reliable classic. Well, at least barring them leaving Charger Behemoth legs with exactly 1 HP if you don't move forward, and Bile Titans outright ignoring head damage sometimes.
God I hope they fix the BT not reacting to AT, feels so shitty dumping a whole backpack into his face just for it to keep moving. I almost wish the ps5 bug was back just so I can 1 shot em with RR again
I found it funny to use firebomb hellpod booster with the MG Turret and call it down right on top of enemies along with EAT-17/Commando to spam more firebombs, but there's probably more advantages to how you place the turrets on high ground. ^^

Yeah - definitely worth checking what everyone else is bringing. You can make anything work even for bugs, but 1 AT Support Weapon (Spear / Commando / RR / Quasar / EATs), 1 Generalist (GL / AC / HMG / Flamer), and 1 Trash Clear Support Weapon (MG43 / Stalwart), last role free is a classic combo.

I did a solo run with it (ua-cam.com/video/7SxXTeBSpx8/v-deo.html), but tbh I wasn't the biggest fan. The generalists (AC, AMR, HMG, etc.) have an easier time with multiple Gunships, Hulks, Devastators etc. The only real advantage the 650 ATs have is being able to take out Cannon Turrets from the front, but even then the Spear does it faster.

Since then I started using the cookout, even tho I don’t want to use it because it’s already used a lot. And we all know what the spreadsheet goblin will do to most used guns 😂
So the Slugger is still one projectile, but they added some spread to it in terms of variance of where it will land, which means it's not reliable as a would-be sniper on the Bot front. I actually prefer the Punisher if you're headshot hunting for the Bots - the pellet spread is tight enough to be used at mid range but is just wide enough to make it easy to land on Devastator heads. There's no real armour that you really need the Slugger's medium pen for either, as light pen is all you need for Devastator heads and Berserker weakpoints.
It looks like you're aiming slightly too high for the titans head. Try the RR again and aim slightly lower. The RR is jank. The shot you aimed slightly lower is the one that finally took it down. Watch the clip again.
Did they change something about titans and recoilless? Last time I used it I could two shot them but it’s been a few weeks. I usually just shoot them right in the face though
You can still 2-shot them, see 33:55 - it's just a tough shot as you have a small target (the forehead) and there's a lot of bugginess with when that hitbox is actually available. It's in AH's known issues, so hopefully they can get a fix in soon.
I liķe to take strafing run with the Recoiless. One strafing run along their body and a RR shot to the forehead is a pretty consistent kill on a bile titan. Have you tried that yet Spiked?
I've tried it with the Spear for when the missile hits the back instead of the head, and yeah it worked well there. Don't know why I didn't think to try it with the RR too, makes sense!

Yeah, Spear's pretty great when you one-shot, but when the lockon means you end up putting multiple Spears into a Charger, it can feel a little too out of your hands. RR means in theory you dont need to have the target looking at you dead on for a reliable hit.
8:59 I've been encountering this more often than I'd like. I assume its some weird visual bug or something. Specifically the Behemoths will sometimes show leg armor gone but almost all shots on it will still give a no damage feedback icon. (Though sometimes heavier AP like autocannon will still get some shots through?) It's confusing and a bit frustrating. I'm fine with their heads taking two rockets, I just wish that leg armor was easier/more consistent to strip off. BT heads just seemingly not taking damage is a fix I really hope for too, more than one of those happening on a breach can really mess with the flow of battle.
My guess is it's related to the Charger leg armour disappearing during certain animations, maybe it only registers the stripped armour once that animation bug is over...Whatever the reason, very frustrating, yeah.
Recoiless is painful to use. Once I emptied all my ammo on one bile titan's head. Never doing that again 😂😂😂😂. Spear feels far better 😊. Thanks for the video

Definitely. For now, strikes for BTs, RR for the Chargers seems the most efficient.
