I gotta say this guy is one hell of actor, I have zero knowledge of him outside of House of the Dragon and would never have guessed his personality was like this. Cool dude I just assumed he'd be more serious layer back but he's a regular fun loving dude.
After watching this video again, I looked up the song that Matt was humming to "I've got you under my skin" and it is by Frank Sinatra. After listening to the song I thought to myself, that is a very interesting song choice... something must be going on between them, and if not I think that their friendship will eventually evolve into something more.

Actually, Matt's a big Sinatra fan and "I've Got You Under My Skin" has always been one of his favorites (it seems to be his go-to Sinatra tune). I've heard him give it as his answer to this question before. So, that isn't something new.
The song ( both music & lyrics) is by Cole Porter. Written in 1936, it was introduced in the film "Born to Dance." Sinatra may have made it his signature song, but when singers from Sinatra to Tony Bennett to Lady Gaga are performing Cole Porter, you know you have some kind of songwriter :D

I notice something abt Matt. In the mtv interview many years before this, he said that Claire demands chocolate. And here, he said he overeating chocolates? Also, he said Claire plays piano quite well. But you can see in the House of the Dragon interview, he said to Milly that he's just started to learn to play piano and not wanting to talk more abt it. I'm pretty sure there's something going on with them. It's either he perceived her as a role model (a sister, a mentor, a best friend) or he fancied her. I like them being togethe
