Excellent video series. I've used PI for years and know enough to process most images, but through your videos, I've learned some details of which I was not aware. I really like the short, direct format. Thanks!
@@cosgrovescosmos I was just going to send you a question. Do have a video that shows your workflow for RGB and luminance? I did see the diagram but was looking for something more detailed. Just down to the process or script level, but not the settings used. Thanks in advance.
I would recommend that you look at my website. The image gallery has all of my images, and the ones done for about the last two years have a detailed and illustrated processing walk-thru, so you can see exactly how I did it at that time. I basically tell a story about each imaging project - what it is, where it is, why I choose it, capture details, image analysis, preprocessing, and then the step-by-step walk-thru. More info than any sane individual would ever want. However, we all know that astrophotographers are not completely sane... :-)
