I believe they had access to all their e-mails. And this guy was a former FBI director so I would trust his word more than most. Skip couldn't be more wrong and this hasn't aged well.

this was a CRIMINAL matter. should the ncaa even have had any dog in the fight whatsoever? the ncaa rules and levies penalties due to player eligibility and competitive advantage. there was no player eligibility or competitive advantage issue here. this was a power grab by the ncaa, and nothing more
justin johns crimes that had everything to with someone using the football program as it's cloak. Why do you think Joe Paterno did not want Jerry Sandusky as heir to the job when he retired? Because he knew what was going on. And that's when Sandusky retired.

The only reason it came off as Incomplete was because Paterno, the Head Man on Campus died before anyone else can Interview or question him in a court of Law. Had Paterno still been going, you'd see just how much more Incriminating the Freeh Report could have been.
