hello! hope you enjoyed this vlog, I realised as I was editing that I filmed a lot less than I expected, so I hope it's okay overall! I also keep meaning to do editing steph but always forget, so this week I did and hopefully I can for the future too!
I hope you have had a nice week of course, and as usual, make sure to do something nice for yourself this weekend ♡ today is my last day of my midsemester break, which I'm sad about, but I am also kind of just ready to have this semester over with haha. I'm currently working on a pharmacology report and as I'm writing this I'm determined to submit it by tonight... we'll have to see how that goes!
also, we hit 20k! that's so many people ... thank you so much! me one year ago honestly wouldn't believe it lol. I can't wait to make more videos for you and see how the rest of the year goes, because I can't believe its already the end of September!

I'm like one exam away from the job i need rn and the exam is in December but I've become an expert in procrastination and I feel so helpless whenever i watch a video of yours i feel like yes i can do it too but whenever i start it becomes very difficult to continue and i get tired very quickly idk how to start and be on a consistent track for upcoming 2-3months.
Pls anything you would like to suggest?

i find it actually hard to sleep after drinking especially tea. how did you manage to do that?
I drink peppermint tea which naturally has no caffeine in it so it doesn’t affect my sleep :) some teas, even if they don’t have a large amount, have a little bit of natural caffeine which affects your sleep!
I hope you can share your notes' design someday ~ that will help a lot. 💗
