I did want to mention that the audio channels are backwards in this video (with headphones on). Daniele’s voice was coming into my left earbud even though she was on the right visually, and the opposite was true for Cara.

That would have been a great idea but we didn’t think of that.
Was the Carnivore diet involved with all the weight loss? That's the only diet aside from Keto that can shred that much weight alone.
