As a Notre Dame fan, I'm Loving that #5 Spot. We go undefeated and it's ours. We might could get it at 11-1 just depending on a lot of varibles, i e how the loss was, wether the team they lost to is a top 10 team at seasons end and so on. A 10-2 Notre Dame team, at least this year doesn't even deserve any spot in the Playoffs. The Schedule is weak. But yeah if we go undefeated, get that #5 spot then, for the first game at home get the number #12 someone like Air Force. After playing both Navy and Army regular season this year, we should be ready for anything they have. Then in the second round get a Big 12 or ACC Champ and that could be a winable game depending on how far the new offense has developed. I don't think we will the National Championship this year, but I Love where we could get ourselves to, that will help with recruiting and our future. But First we need to beat Texas A&M. Go Irish
Kyle McCord would still start for OSU this year. Ryan Day can’t coach and that’s the problem down there

@ericcapps4490 he literally won a playoff game and a big championship. He beat ND and PSU last year. No one cares about bowls anymore (except for UGA). I'm not even an osu fan and even I find what you said dumb asf.

Will Howard is certainly an upgrade over McCord and his athleticism and familiarity in
an RPO style offense gives Chip Kelly the ability to open up his playbook. McCord
made the right move in transferring to a school he can thrive at. Cade Klubnik should've done
the same this past summer. Secret Sauce at Ohio St is Chip Kelly, he'll get that ship steered right
and with that tailback stable at Ohio St, remind me a bit of Oregon's 2010 team, serviceable QB
a talented tailback group and a variety of WRs from possession, speed, to skilled route runner.
The only odd thing I've heard is Caleb Downs getting carries at tailback/WR is he that talented
of a weapon, I assume so, Chip isn't one to waste practice reps.
You can tell Chip Kelly is Ryan Days mentor because leaving a HC job to be an OC is Soft af. Chip Kelly’s offense was figured out a decade ago and hasn’t been relevant since. I expect UCLAs often to improve this year
@@nicholastaiariol2631 Definitely an odd move, had more to do with UCLA Athletic dept being in debt and being unable to be competitive with NIL. Everyone is running his offense so I wouldn't say it's figured out. Hard to improve when you take a step back at QB, I wouldn't count on it, they do have a solid stable of tailbacks tho.
UCLA much like NW and Stanford are academic institutions they can't recruit 5 stars athletes for academic reasons. ND faces the same challenges they just happen to be an all time historic Football program, but when's the last time they've been in the Championship picture. Exactly...If Kirby Smart was at UCLA he'd maybe have one extra win per season than Chip. Maybe 10% of UGA football roster could get accepted into UCLA. I take it football isn't your forte.

That's the type of statement that's really easy to make in July. No one knows how much they will improve from last year. Great new coaches, different scheme, new players, returning players in better roles... ya never know

Nuss is a better passer than JD5, and never doubt LSU's passing game. Nonetheless, the defense will be overall improved. However, I don't know if it will be enough.
Tennessee won't be any better than they were last year. 8-4 more than likely. Nico may be talented, but he isn't experienced enough in SEC play to come out an be what yall are saying. Maybe the next season, i wouldn't bank on it this season.

deboer never recruited a 150 above player, i don't know if bama wanted lanning but deboer beat him twice with way less talent than oregon had with a better scheme & played for natty. that seems like if deboer gets better talent as he is doing now in recruiting he should get more out of that talent. deboer's shorts & lack of cussing don't bother me one bit. rtr

Really tried listening, but first hearing a freshman qb Sayin is going to be the starter at Ohio State , then I let Bama being 9-3 slide, but Tennessee going 10-2 and making playoffs.I’ll comeback when the guest is more convincing

Once again, the anti-Bama rhetoric is ridiculous. I know Nick Saban was the goat. But Bama has a much better coaching staff overall than they had before. Their offense is going to be coached 1 million times better than it was the last five years. Saving was slipping in that regard. they’re running back room is grossly overlooked. Their receiving room is going to be much better than you think it is. Actually having a quarterback coach and a coach that’s off to make him increase and be so much better by leaps and bounds. Turning the tide and taking over the state of Alabama Auburn, are you out of your ever loving mind?
It's sad to see people bash Saban he was the best thing to ever happen to Alabama football the receiving core you speak of is non existent outside a true freshman a flunky for defensive coordinator a better staff really

I’m curious to see how Alabama does, I’ve seen this take and opposite takes. I follow CFB very closely but don’t know all teams as well as my own. This year is going to be really good to watch, I feel like the competition is so much more widespread and there are so many talented teams out there, it just matters how the talent mesh’s. Sometimes it doesn’t
Mario Cristobal has been an example of that. Now he has a super good team again, curious to see if he can overcome his ghosts as much as I’m curious to see who the king of Alabama is, or the king of Texas is or the King of Florida, it’s gunna be an awesome year
