It came out super nice 👌 my hands sure did a great job in kneading. My family enjoyed. Still have some leftovers. The most amazing thing about your recipe is that it is economical. No milk No egg. My goodness! This is the best recipe for agege bread online. I tried this yesterday and boy!!! My bread was perfect. I halved the recipe. I wish I’d done the full one. I have a question though, can we freeze this recipe to bake when we need it? God bless you!
God bless you Sir.... this is great, i tried it out, but i found out that my dough is very hard after nieding it in my machine for about 15 minutes, the dough is not so smooth, its elastic though, but not fluffy like the one i see with you.... looking forward to your response sir
If you are in Nigeria this is the dry season, so your dough tends to take up more moisture, so you can increase the water to 500g. Secondly, the kneading time should be up to 20 to 30 minutes and once moulded into pan, give it enough time to proof depending on the size of your pan. Also note that this dry season bread dough takes longer to proof. So put these corrections into practice and get me your feedback here wa.me/message/IRVKZM73PV2NC1
