Everyone loses it over surviving a nuke in a fridge but no one complains about jumping from a plane in a inflatable boat

Its entirely believable that an _inflated_ raft would descend slow enough and landing on snow is a believable enough cushion. Getting tossed several hundred feet in a metal can however

Ya... people who love Skull were just toddlers when they saw it , of course they're going to love it but its not what older more mature thinking people like at all especially after having seen the first 3 movies where the humor was a lot more sophisticated .... Skull just feels way too silly in a stupid way, Lucas was trying to sell toys thats why Indy 4 became so toddlish ....

@@SomebodyWhoExists23I personally don’t like the movie very much (I’m indian), but I don’t think it’s as bad as dial of destiny. At least they don’t ruin Jones like they did in IJDOD. Him and Shorty were an amazing duo and they carried the film.
Temple of Doom wasn't my favorite, but I personally think it was Indy's most heroic adventure considering how he saved several children from slavery. Nothing is more heroic than that.

Yeah everything I was seeing about was saying how it trounced on Harrison Ford’s legacy, and that it’s a crime against cinema.
I mean, it wasn’t like the originals, but it wasn’t a bad movie by any stretch of the imagination. I can understand people disliking it, but a “crime against cinema”? Come on people.
Nobody wants to see old man jones being berated by some ugly broad for 2hrs .

I don’t get why people don’t like any of these movies. They’re all ridiculous, of course, but very entertaining. Supernatural adventures, treasure hunting, Nazi etc. is just fun to watch even though it doesn’t make much sense

Dial was a good movie
Broken Covenant had some of the best action scenes. There was the alien anal probe scene where Jones gets abducted by some curious aliens, there’s the whip scene where Jones has to spank her way out of the Fortress of Pleasure and who could forget the final scene in the Temple of Poon. Truly an underrated film. I don’t know why Spielberg didn’t put his name on this one.

I don't get the absolute hate on Dial of Destiny. It may be my least favorite Indie movie, but I honestly enjoyed it
I think it’s just a small slice of the population making a lot of noise about how awful they think the movie is (even if they haven’t seen the movie). They are mostly ultra misogynistic guys who desperately need to learn how to talk to girls and get laid. They were super threatened by Helena and the actress who plays her.
This latest instalment was a great way to end the series for this character. I don’t think crystal skull ruined it like so many people believe but I do have a lot of the same grievances. This one had none of that, and being a lifelong fan I was more than pleased with this latest film. With the books and the comics, and tv series and the originals, and even these most recent installments, Indiana Jones fans have a lot of substance to continue to enjoy.
I'M SORRY, the opening is "hella" cheesy. Thanks zoomer, that's a 1930s classic, it's set in the 1930s, it's a beautiful song

It’s really sad to see everybody hating on the movie. Personally I love it. There were a couple parts where I was bit confused, but I figured it out. Everybody has different opinions though, and I respect that, but imagine being the cast, and everybody hating, for me, here’s my person ranking.

Crystal Skull is my guilty pleasure. Something I love about it is just how much more they expressed Indy’s wisdom and intelligence of ancient history. I could listen to him talk about Akator and mythical cities for hours

Just saw the dial of destiny and I don’t get the hate for it. The main thing I disliked was that I thought Helena was super annoying and unlikeable. Other than that it was really fun. Spoiler:
I loved the final act, I loved how nazi’s went back in time and started shooting romans with machine guns. It was just so absurd and I loved it.

Anyone trying to say that dial of destiny is better than the kingdom of the crystall skull - is still a low bar. Trash being better than trash is still trash, but there's nothing wrong to like trash (I liked michael bay transformers)
