    3. Keep yourself busy in doing something
    4. Face your fears.. Action cures fears..
    5. Do something daily that induces a state of flow within you

    Sir mne iss video se yahi seekha ki hum itniiiiii overthinking krte h aur krte chale jate h pr action ni lete humara brain kaam kr raha hota hai hands nahi aur isi jagah agar bs khud ko smjha k uss jagah se uth kr hum ye soche ki kuch krte hai bas Hume wo 1 sec ki soch agar kuch krne ke liye uss jagah se stand krwa degi to overthinking hum stop kr skte h kuch aur kaam karke jisse humara brain sochna bnd krega aur humare working hours m convert ho jayega wo time kuch acha kuch behtar seekhenge hum uss time and surely I"ll follow this from now...zindagi m kuch kaam Hume ase zaroor krne chahiye jo new ho skills developmental process bhi sath sath chalta rahega aur hum apni healthy apne mind se poori tarah fit honge...☺️ Thanks a lot sir

    This is the big difference in teaching of Tathagat Buddha than others..!

    Sir plz anxiety pr video banaye with permanent solution . Kbhi kisi cheez se anxiety hoti h kbhi kisi chiz se... Us cheez ko leke apne dimag ko samjhati hu ki aasa sach ni h .. toh dimag koi dusri baat pakarleta hai aur phir anxiety hone lgti h... Mai thak chuki hu ... Please help 😭
