Breathing technique really works..I overcome my long years of sinus problem, I had spent lots of money showing my sinus problem to Doctors, homoeopathic doctors, taking ayurvedic medicine nothing helped. My prayer answered when I learnt breathing technique and now I don't suffer with cold, fever , sneezing..it heals free of charge and increase our immune system.

Only one valuable feedback i wanted to give is that you have given morning ngt meditation techniques to all which is excellant but kindly after every video add one more video of practice video.. like u suggested how to concentrate on breath the same thing in the nxt video give commentary with soothing music and good visuals.. many of us know techniques but dont know how to practice.. may be these videos can be of 10 or 15 minutes.. these may be like how you do these excirces for ur own practice.. similarly you do them so that many many get benefitted... wish all good luck and may god give u all strength to do much good work..
