First memory he talks of, debut, funnily enough I was at the game as like a 10yr old kid at Maine |Road, and here he is, playing centre forward for my team Rochdale even now, and still putting it all in too, respect to this man!
Have to say when I first saw the name come up for this week I wasn’t excited, but thought I’d give it a try - Was Very glad I did! Great podcast again lads, keep them coming!
takes pride in his job this guy refreshing to see. excellent pro and no prizes for guessing how he's still playing at 40. great stories very funny guy but more importantly very humble and respectful to everyone. These are the types of role models kids should be looking up to different class 👏👏
After that Norwich v City game there was a meet and greet for the fans who had away season tickets. All the players were fuming and didn't really want to be there because they'd just been smashed 6-1. Wilbraham spoke to me and my dad for about 15 minutes, I was 14 at the time, and he was top class. From that day on one of my favourite Norwich players ever. Now I know why he was in such a good mood, City had just won 6-1 and he's got the entire squads shirts!
Best beard in football. Saw him play for MK Dons for a few seasons. Back then I was working in the local bank and he would come in from time to time. Great bloke, model professional footballer too.
. It always good when a guest comes on with stories of managers we haven’t herd before. The Martin Allen stories were right up there. Browny lay of the snus mate you’ll have no gums left lol
Great interview . Respect for Aaron he had a decent career . He comes across as a good man and made something of himself. I love seeing that after him having a tough upbringing and his Dad passing when he was a young man . Much respect man . Love the interviews guys i only started watching recently . Parky i would love to have a few pints with you man you can tell you're a good man . A proper lad .
Disappointed as a Bristol City fan was with us 3 years which is long in football, could’ve got a lot more stories from his time @Bristol City when he says “the lads” he means basically the whole League One winning team who are still all close and had an amazing year wish I could’ve heard more about that group
2019 podcast - funny stories about characters in the game from the 80s and 90s. 2029 podcast - boring stories about the Instagram loving robots that play now.
What a brilliant professional, he really seems like a decent, down-to-earth fella; the kind of guy you could bump Into and he’d happily talk to you. Good luck at Shrewsbury, Aaron.
People give the bald one alot of stick but I think he's ideal for his role. Good questions and comments without taking too much space. Try and get Damien Delaney on!
another great guest lads you need to get tony ellis on I know tony very well and he's told me some great stories great banter manager , player , supporters girls etc he's different class tony keep up the great guest your class and good luck with the pod cast .

Palace fan here. Just been shown this by someone else regarding how Parish treats people. Sorry to hear it. You enlightened me to how the Holloway and Pulis times went. Good luck with your future, and with that attitude regarding agents, I say go for it because it would mean you are better than most.
I,he seen this podcast before ,,brilliant, but just want to add that I,m absolutely gutted that The Dale have re'veased Alby ,,in my opinion our classiest player who played a massive part in us staying up in 2019 season ..He is as fit as the younger players and I know he could splayed on for us at least a season of two ...
Martin Allen sounds a bit like Brian Clough from them story’s wonder if that’s who he tried to mirror. The way he sent you off to scout seems like another way that CLOUGH would ground players like the crossley story where he made him play Sunday league class pod boys x
With the sprinkling on top a good nick name for Mr Wilbraham might be 'keep your Aaron', or' Cappuccino'. Amazing man and one of the very few players to get something good out of Paul Lambert !
What a top lad, comes across really well, get into punditry son when you knock it all on the head, need blokes like him instead of the bland end of bells we have to suffer on bbc etc
Out of order how he spoke to Baldy, all he does is criticise baldy for his research, he does nowt but turn up late get pissed and swears, be better without him I would say ! Fucking mouthy shit !
What a proper nice lad. I enjoy the stories on here, but no doubt about it, some of these ex-players are bellends, funny bellends mind you. This lad is very likeable.

That Wine Gum story had me in absolute stitches. 😂😂33:40 the best story I've ever heard.
Seems like an absolutely top fella, down to earth but knows his worth.
Have to say when I first saw the name come up for this week I wasn’t excited, but thought I’d give it a try - Was Very glad I did! Great podcast again lads, keep them coming!
Some cracking stories there! Seems a top bloke who has always given 100%. Dying breed

Another class podcast. Aaron Wilbraham is an example to anybody who wants to be a professional footballer. Top man 👍

Watching loads of these lately, and again, what a lovely bloke he seems.
40 years old 😳, looks in his 20’s
Salt and pepper seems to be doing the trick
Great podcast yet again 👍🏻👍🏻
Best beard in football. Saw him play for MK Dons for a few seasons. Back then I was working in the local bank and he would come in from time to time. Great bloke, model professional footballer too.
This comment is a strange crossover of my subscriptions....
It's the way you tell um. Great stories. Loved him at Bristol City
Having listened to that, couldnt be happier for him to have achieved what he has. Seems like a top bloke!
Legend.
This was class, best one yet. Loved him at Bristol City, really helped bring that dressing room together
Not on the pitch he was shit
@@jbcf4490 did the job. Wouldn't have won league one without him. Silly prick.
What a great man and a good role model for the youngsters of today
Nice guy. Didn’t really have a bad word to say about anyone.
Apart from that twat who works at Morrisons, Milton Keynes.
One of the best ones so far lads.aaron being honest and great stories.big Parky spot on about ince.
Great podcast - one of the best. Came across as a nice guy
Along with the Alan Rogers podcast , this has been my favorite. AW came across really well . He looks pretty sharp for 40 too .!
One my favourites. Seems like a proper good guy. Some great stories too. Loved the one about him dressing up as Tony Pulis.
Favourite one I’ve watched so far this seems a proper down to earth lad, keep up the good work Parky, Browny and the Bald man
. It always good when a guest comes on with stories of managers we haven’t herd before. The Martin Allen stories were right up there. Browny lay of the snus mate you’ll have no gums left lol
Fantastic interview. Top bloke, honest and very, very funny.
Top guy and great listen. Not a bad word to say about anyone. Great work guys

3:26 before Parkin starts talking about himself! haha... Good episode as ever though lads.
Wow, I actually have so much respect for Aaron. He came across so likeable with so much integrity. Some class well told stories too 👍
Class guy and interview from a Stockport County fab. Still scoring against Premier League Teams to this date!!
Disappointed as a Bristol City fan was with us 3 years which is long in football, could’ve got a lot more stories from his time @Bristol City when he says “the lads” he means basically the whole League One winning team who are still all close and had an amazing year wish I could’ve heard more about that group
Love Wilbraham after his time at City
What a nice bloke. Really enjoyed listening to him and thought he spoke very well. Good luck to him
He was very well liked here (Bristol City)...Always put a shift in, and scored a fair few as well.
2019 podcast - funny stories about characters in the game from the 80s and 90s.
2029 podcast - boring stories about the Instagram loving robots that play now.
Ok boomer
Yeah because 10 years from now every single player from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s will definitely all be dead.
What a brilliant professional, he really seems like a decent, down-to-earth fella; the kind of guy you could bump
Into and he’d happily talk to you.
Good luck at Shrewsbury, Aaron.
Loved the Paul Ince phonecall story 😂
Comes across as very sound guy, ultimate professional. Nice one lads.
Never heard of him before hand! Top lad though! Enjoyed it!
Favourite Bolton player ever!
Another great bloke told it how it was and with his attitude a credit to the game
I come back to this to listen to the salt and pepper shaker story...absolute class!!
One of the best. Top fella
People give the bald one alot of stick but I think he's ideal for his role. Good questions and comments without taking too much space. Try and get Damien Delaney on!
The 'bald one ' is the best on it imo .😊 He's funny and has the best questions. I wouldn't miss Parkin and his juvenile banter.
another great guest lads you need to get tony ellis on I know tony very well and he's told me some great stories great banter manager , player , supporters girls etc he's different class tony keep up the great guest your class and good luck with the pod cast .
Great content lads, keep on travelin,
Jon “I could order a burger now” Parkin 😂😂
I've just watched another one before this and Parky wanted a burger after that one to 😂🍔

Oh, and thanks for your part in our success - particularly the Play-off Final.
Great podcast this. What a sound bloke
Brilliant listen that, keep up the good work.
Aaron sounds like a good guy, some funny stories thrown in the podcast. Tell him that Stanley Matthews played until 50 years of age.
Action Man, 2019 edition.
Class that, seems a sound lad, must be fit as a fiddle as well 💪🏻
I,he seen this podcast before ,,brilliant, but just want to add that I,m absolutely gutted that The Dale have re'veased Alby ,,in my opinion our classiest player who played a massive part in us staying up in 2019 season ..He is as fit as the younger players and I know he could splayed on for us at least a season of two ...
Loved him at palace, always gave 100%
Got me through work, that was class 👏
fuuuuuckin hell that salt shaker story was brilliant
Classssss Aaron Legend …. A know I am ….😂😂😂😂

this episode..........one of the best.
That faux Tony Pulis stunt in Vegas genuinely had me in stitches
Top lad, some quality stories
That was a great listen 🤣 also someone who has got the most out of there career 👏.
Jesus.. 40 years old?...top man!
Great podcast as always, lads

Brilliant to see Aaron not only come on today but too score as well, well deserved MOTM too, keep going young un
With the sprinkling on top a good nick name for Mr Wilbraham might be 'keep your Aaron', or' Cappuccino'. Amazing man and one of the very few players to get something good out of Paul Lambert !
Jorg Alberrz got something out of him..... His front teeth! 😜
Martin Allen legend
can confirm the martin allen two parter is well worth it
#BWFC legend. Lots of respect for AW!

Top bloke great podcast
What a hero wilbrahimovic
happy birthday big man ❤️
Seems like a real genuine lad ..an example on how to make the most of your talent .. Great podcast .. Parkin is annoying when he's had a few 🥴
You can tell Parky has had a few beers towards the end.
He was a sack of shit towards the end 😉
Out of order how he spoke to Baldy, all he does is criticise baldy for his research, he does nowt but turn up late get pissed and swears, be better without him I would say ! Fucking mouthy shit !
Gareth Roberts you can’t have a go for swearing then go on to call him a “fucking mouthy shit” 😂
Time of guy you think is good craic for the first pint. Half an hour later you want to leave through a window.
He would drink piss as long as it was for nothing.
Should get Jon Parkin on, he enjoys telling stories about himself... haha. Cracking podcast lads.
Craig Robertson if he could string a sentence together. ‘Ah wunt the quickest. I seeh, I wunt the quickest’.
Parkin is a bore and the weakest link of the three of them. How often does he turn it around to talk about himself ?😴😴😴
Great episode this one. Albie top bloke
Class lads ☘️
🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
What a proper nice lad. I enjoy the stories on here, but no doubt about it, some of these ex-players are bellends, funny bellends mind you. This lad is very likeable.
One Question.... Where does he get his hair prodcut from lol!!!
Parky is all over the shop here!
Probably pissed on all the freebies.
Class these podcasts Barnsley fc for the win
I see you there, trying to get the Stockport County fans back on side after that bollocks with Horseface... it is working though 😂
Is that Megson?
Check tosun uses that spray on hair. He has hair on matchday but if you see his training footage he completely bald.
22:25 'showtime' hahaha
Excellent, top guy ,as a Bolton fan I feel disgusted the way Aaron was treated ,shame on Phil Parkinson and Ken Anderson
So many speak well of megson which I find it so hard to believe as he was forests worst manager ever
Great watch, seems a good lad! Never getting pass magic kevin gallen ha
Quality player when he was at bristol city when they won league 1, remember seeing him run all over us (sheff united)
Does anyone know who murph is
Showtime! 😂 😂
