      I'm currently training it too, if you ask me in few month years I will share my progression. Actually 7-8sec clean form straddle planche/2 press straddle to handstand and an ugly 2-3sec full planche.

      same here. I've been training this for over 200 days now and still can't do that.

    That is incredible! I'm beginning to learn the planche. Any suggestions on how to get my finger strength up so I don't have to bend my wrists so much? Your technique is amazing!

    • @snsndcn9158
      @snsndcn9158 3 роки тому +8

      Doing it on your fingers is much more difficult. Buy wrist straps, and do wrist stretching before you practice to ensure you aren't going to have any wrist pain.

    • @ахурамазда
      @ахурамазда 3 роки тому +15

      You can ger finger strength doing finger push ups, in like 3 months, i went from using 10 fingers to 6 fingers, not that impressive but its pretry ez to train, start on the wall, and then add more and more angle, until you are doing on the ground

    • @thoughtheglass
      @thoughtheglass 2 роки тому

      do it on a bar or rings,

    • @Dhia_anims
      @Dhia_anims Рік тому +1

      I always do it with my wrists but never have pain maybe a bit in the beginning

    • @TheZweric
      @TheZweric Рік тому

      @@snsndcn9158 to me it seems logical to simply turn the hands around. I am training to see if I could do the planche as well and I can see me already lifting the toes during a push up but I'll never see me contorting my wrists as far as to do it with the fingers pointing forward.

      No, it is not raw/pure strength (powerlifters, olympic lifters) It is called relative strength (climbers, static calisthenics practicioners).
