Imagine a time when a baby like Linda could go to a park by herself. Only in Hollywood. Then again, as a kindergartener I used to walk to school & home by myself, but it was through my neighborhood where people were home, and there were regular beat cops around too. That was around the same time period as this series. One day during winter (no there weren't EVER any snow days) I slipped on ice & fell hard cracking my head on the street- it hurt like hell & I laid there stunned for quite a while & no one noticed. I survived, obviously. Times sure are different now. It's terrifying out there now - out of school and IN schools. Although there always were crazy teachers one way or another. That's always been the case. Teachers for too long are very fast to push psyche drugs on children, and that happens far too much. Teachers with liberal arts degrees are really "progressive" are nuts. On the other extreme you have the ones who think hitting is acceptable. Ugh. We've gone from having great education to dumbed down failures over the decades.
You must be old b/c it's always about being critical of today & shaking your head at those other people who are destroying your neat little world. Hey, it's better to be seen then viewed. Enjoy everyday.
Danny's reaction reminds me of a similar episode of The Andy Griffith Show where Andy believed Opie made up Mr Backbebee, a telephone line worker. Andy was going to spank him but saw the look of reality in his eyes. Andy goes tonthe area where Opie said he met thr man to think things over and even mentioned the man's name and her responds. Andy gets so excited he almost shakes his hand off! It's a MUST SEE!
Great show! Remember running home from P S. 66Q to watch The Danny Thomas Show reruns at 4PM. Recollect "Linda's Giant" episode, as well as the first four seasons of Make Room for Daddy!
Glad she wasn't spanked as she was telling the truth however Katchy was getting on my nerves through the whole thing everytime he got ready to smack her Katchy would go oh like he was going beat her up that's why kids shouldn't be spanked in front of their mom. It also looked like Angela was trying not to laugh when she handed him the hairbrush
Little Angela Cartwright´s performance is outstanding; she really cried in this episode!
No she didn't
She's so adorable
This episode is wonderful, I love fo watch it. Thanks to everyone in the making of it, hope they had a lot of fun 😂
Hopefully you can upload the remaining five seasons.
