    Wild that Jeff German survived reporting on the Mafia but met his creator once he reported on a public official!!!

    • @nathanwho1384
      @nathanwho1384 Місяць тому +8

      Because the "mafia" men he reported on, were already well known. He was a lazy jounalist writting stories on people who are already well known to everyone. The mafia also doesnt target jounalists, because they know its an obvious target and they would immediately be a suspect. So he was basically writting news stories about things people already knew about, and was focusing on people he knew wouldnt do anything to him....

He was looking for the camera and when the camera was pointed his way he tryed to look like a suppriced puppy! And that he used the I'm an official employe when the police came because the DV incident, typical narcisistic trates! And in court he tryed to use the excuse that he couldn't use those sneakers because it wasn't room for the 1" innlay he used to wear at work to look taller than he was, he had some issues and should be medicated, or in a straitjacket.

    “It’s amazing how hated journalists are these days.” Unfortunately, they have (collectively) brought that upon themselves. Of course, nobody should ever commit violence against another, but the female journalist in the “Post Mortem” portion of this video is definitely not going to get sympathy from many people (except other journalists).
    The sad thing is that she clearly lives in such an echo chamber that she doesn’t even realize how off putting her statement is. The VAST majority of today’s journalists are not true journalists (especially on the national news level); they are opinion writers. They push, and sometimes completely manufacture, narratives.
    The actual story of Jeff German is an example of a true journalist with journalistic integrity who did his job properly and, unfortunately, paid the ultimate price.
    It is a shame that the journalist in the Post Mortem section was trying to divert the focus from the actual story to garner sympathy for herself.

    The moment a human being conceives, plans and murders another human being then the killer should do life in prison.
    Once someone kills, they should no longer have right in anyways.

    I learned when I was really young, staying out of other people's business is good for your health. Being a busy body never helped anybody succeed. Too bad. Loud people draw attention. I'm glad there's people like him who are willing to expose the darkness in the world even at risk of their own life, I'm definitely not going to risk my life for it. Tis a fools errand to think you can make a difference in these things.

    Jeff should have been way more watchful for himself being he was reporting journalist on all kinds of law breakers this could eventually happen at some point in his life going against very serious law breakers mobsters and all law breakers like them!
    Of course the possibility would arise that Jeff would be attacked by one of these crazy people,

      It’s (terribly) ironic that German did all of this in depth reporting, exposing crime bosses and upsetting hardened criminals, only to die due to a story about a pipsqueak petty bureaucrat with a napoleon complex.

    I didn't know anything about this event but out of curiosity I watched the last couple of days of this trial. Telles was on the stand for cross-examination by the State. Within the first 5 minutes I knew he was guilty af. (AND HE IS NOT GOOD-LOOKING!) (sorry for shouting, but that was just a reflection of what I actually did when you said that, Peter)
