    I just picked up an Avata 2. Searching UA-cam I came across your video. Thanks for taking the time to educate us all. I just purchased your 140W Gan Charger Kit as well as 2 additional cables for the googles and controller. Keep us the great work Drone Valley. Wishing you the best. Looking forward to seeing more of your content.

    Rick -- Thanks for this information! I just picked up your 4 port 140W Gan Charger - to charge everything up on the Avata 2, and it works great! The charge rate is fast!
    Thanks again for what you do - and your products! Awesome job!

    Just got my first DJI today. Avata 2. Bummed that I spent $1,400 and it doesn't even have a charger. Very bummed. My much much cheaper Potensic Atom fly more kit ($349) had everything needed to get right into the air. Love that drone too......maybe this is just how DJI rolls and I'll have to get used to it if I continue to purchase DJI. Thank you for the video.

    I can testify about the first class customer support...I bought the 140W charger, and, after six months or so, had a problem with it...after an email to them, they quickly sent me another unit, no questions asked. Really appreciate a company that makes customer service a priority!

    Hey Rick, I just ordered the 140 W I already have the 65 W. You have very good quality chargers.

      I really appreciate your business and you’re going to love the 140W. It’s like two of the 65W in a single charger. Perfect for the Avata 2 and other drones.

    On the topics of charging, do you have any info on battery cycles as far as what life cycle we can expect from our drones? e.g. My Mini 3 and 4’s show their cycles, 16-24 each. Thanks

    So I just bought the Avada 2. What can I use to charge it? All the requirements suck when you're new to this.

    Hi Rick, I'm about to order the 140W Charger kit, but would like to add a 2nd Ultra 100W USB-C to USB-C charging cable as well. I dont see the cable listed on your website to add as a 2nd cable to the kit. Can the cable be purchased separately ?

      @Dronevalley  2 місяці тому

      I did see the order come through and we shipped it today. I’ll send you a link tomorrow if you’d still like to order a second cable. Thanks a lot for your businesss and Please let me know how you like the charger.

    Geez, getting an office/shop/home with all sorts of charging stuff is getting crazy! If you own more than a couple drones, man! Cords all over by the time ya get done! Oh, never mind the cell phones, tablets, and cameras!😮

    I have heard some USB-C cables are charge only, Other cables do charging and data transfer. Which group are the new Drone Valley cables? Thanks Rick 💛

    • @Dronevalley
      @Dronevalley  2 місяці тому

      Bruce thanks for the post and you should know by now that we only provide the best. Both the 60W and 100W cables a full-featured and can charge, sync and carry date. The 100W cable is also certified for 4K video as well so you can use them for anything USB-C related. I'm glad you pointed this out because a lot of the lower priced cable don't mention that and you'll only find out once they arrive and don't work. Ours handle everything. Keep an eye on the channel if you're using the new DJI RC2 controller. We've developed a USB-C to HDMI custom cable you can use to share the screen video during flight to an external monitor. It took us almost 6-months to finally sort this out and it's pretty cool sharing the flight video with others. Thanks again for your support! Rick

      @@Dronevalley I suspected your high quality cables would support data transfer as well as power. Thank you for confirming my thoughts.

    I bought a 45W comsol PD charger. The DJI 3 port charger refused to do anything but use accumulate mode.

    • @Dronevalley
      @Dronevalley  2 місяці тому

      All of the chargers we've designed can supply a full 65W from a single port and are also PD, which you'll need for the safe and fast charging. There are a lot of third party chargers out there with dubious specs that don't really measure up. This is one of the reasons we decided to produce our own. I hope this helps.

    Years ago they made charges that would charge the DJI batteries all simultaneously I got one from my FPV drone whatever happened to those kind of charges?

    • @Dronevalley
      @Dronevalley  День тому +1

      We sold them and with the newer batteries and higher capacities the chargers got too expensive. We shifted to making our own products like these that you can use with your drone batteries and other gear like phones, tablets and cameras.

      Doing the kind of flying that I do the simultaneous charging of the batteries is unbelievably useful but oh well I guess if you can't do it you can't do it.

    • @Dronevalley
      @Dronevalley  День тому +1

      @@SgtJamesRay You might want to look into the new DJI power 500 and Power 1000 units from DJI. They have an SDC port that can charge the Mavic 3 and Air 3 batteries fully in about 25 minutes. I use these power stations when flying and they can keep the drone aloft all day by charging one battery while I'm flying with another.

    The goggles 3 spec sheet says it only charges at 20W powered off

    • @Dronevalley
      @Dronevalley  2 місяці тому +1

      Yep, it’ll only take as much as it’s designed for but having a more powerful charger won’t hurt it. The really important thing is the PD charging since that will adjust the voltage and current for the charging as the device charges. All of the chargers we’ve designed have the latest version of PD charging built in.
