Awesome !! 👍
Fantastic !! 😋😋😋👌
Very good... Thanks cheef
The food looks amazing and delicious! However, I just want to suggest getting wireless electronics since the wires are touching the raw food.
Awesome nice plate 😋
did you leave the scales on?
also, which oil do you use??
4:58 ... have been cooked down in an "Allegretti" (according to the captions) ? I've searched for that term and can't find it... does anyone know the correct spelling?
à la grecque
Thanks for the video. Do you remove the scales from the skin of your seabass?
He says it is scaled in the first 45 seconds of the video.
Volume? Sound?
Why you don't steam the fish and sauce together like other chefs?
What does sea bass taste like? I like the taste of tuna, cod and tilapia but hate salmon and anchovies
Super taste, like Haddock but nicer. Light taste not fishy.
Aber si apagas la otra ornilla que no ocupas por esa razón tenemos el calentamiento global
He's good but needs to scale back, two types of asparagus?
With that quality fish like that a simple roast seabass with asparagus, crunchy scallops and and foamy light velooute would have sold me... He is good though, trust your produce young Padowan!
And score your bass shin, it will bulk, or press skin down with a pan. Otherwise it will. Never be crispy.
WHERE IS THE SOUSE
Plating could use some work, spread that sauce.
Rip right ear 👂
Nice dish. Wasn't a fan of the plating though.
There’s a lot going on on that plate.
Can’t believe you cut off a third of the filet just for appearance
the fish still has got then scale on tho
Great techniques anyways.
Are u really putting chicken stock in a fish dish?!
Where's the rest of the meal? That's barely an appetizer.
I think you need a bigger plate.
Too many flavours .sea bass doesn't need it . Best kept simple
Basically a copy recipe of The Boundary’s 😑
take you hand off please m8 you good bat dont keep.puting your hand thanks
When it's in the pan? He does that so it doesn't curl.
Wtf kind of plating is that??? Lol
Serve them all cold...
Gloves please. Band aid takes away from this delicate and delicious meal at the end when handling food.
You talk too much.
I think it a horrible presentation
