@Shanycole I was on each dose for a month :) I started 2.4mg yesterday and hoping it helps. 1.7mg I was hungry all the time and craving choclate and had a lot food thoughts going on which I didn't with the other doses. Today's been positive no choclate thoughts 😌

Hello! When I was on the lower dosages of Saxenda it was slow going. But you do lose more weight with as the dosage increases. It makes sense because you’re eating a lot less. Lol. Best of luck on your journey.

I'm on week 3 and I've gained 3 lbs...I'm actually hungrier. I'm going to stick with it until the 2nd month is over. If I don't drop I guess it doesn't work for me
Hello! Yes, stick with it. You’ll definitely lose weight. I’ve never heard of anybody gaining weight. Maybe you need to up your dosage. I hope it all works out. Best of luck on your weight loss journey.
I was talking to my doctor about this and we both agreed that if my insurance approves this medication… I’d progress per month versus per week. Has anyone here ever heard of that slow progression and what was your experience like?
Hello! I followed several people who are doing small progressions and they been successful. I know tons of people that have lost 5 pounds the first week on the lowest dosage and others who have not lost any and felt no appetite suppression. I think it just varies from person to person. I went to a higher dose in the beginning because I had been on the Saxenda which is made by the same manufacturer and it was already in my system. They’re very similar drugs. Wow, I’m in my 6 week of Wegovy .5 and I only lost 8lb , not sure what I’m doing wrong, I’ve heard it start kicking in when doses are 1.7 and 2.4

8lbs in 6weeks is still really really good. Healthy weightloss is 1lb a week so you are doing wonderful! 🎉

I’m on Wegovy. I started with 0.25 for 4 weeks then 0.5 on my 3rd week. Have not lost any weight.
Really? I’m so sorry! It will kick in! I didn’t lose a lot the first few weeks. Now after the 3rd month, I’m losing at a regular rate.

So I started at .25 and I'm on 1.75. Total weight loss 191 to 187. I did hit 181 but it came back. I guess it didn't work for me.
