I just took my 2nd shot of the .25.I had a harder time 2nd shot for some reason.Major heartburn and nausia on and off.Glad you said to inject in thigh,that's what i'm doing next week.I sware it's almost harder taking this medicine than doing it on my own but I'm sticking with it.I lost 5 pounds first week.I weighed 165 at 5'2" so I want to be 135.I really feel for all people that have to lose more.It's very very difficult but it's possible.(:
