People do your research on ANY medication you are taking. Currently, I am on Wegovy .5, but I started with Ozempic low dose .25. Since I was not able to obtain Ozempic anymore, I was put on Wegovy. While on these GLPs, remember you have to watch what you eat. The GLPs slow down your digestive track so it is not smart to eat foods that are difficult to digest. The majority of people that "I" have ran across that are throwing up food and having other stomach issues (constipation/etc) are the ones that are eating hard to digest foods, not drinking enough water, not eating the protein, not doing the electrolytes, or exercising. They do not cut out sodas or sugary drinks/foods. To avoid side effects, you have to work with the medicine; not against it. You can't just eat the same food that caused the weight gain. You have to eat in a mindful way. The medicine does control your appetite to the point that you do not want much to eat or don't want to eat at all BUT you should eat some small digestible portions, along with water, protein, electrolytes, and do some kind of exercise like walking to help your digestive system to move. Wegovy is not a magical medication whereas you can just eat anything and think that Wegovy is going to save the day when it comes to weight loss. Please do your research because you cannot just eat anything you want to while taking a GLP. These medicines slow down your digestive tract a lot, so you have to be mindful of what foods you consume. As for me, I eat whole foods (easy to digest foods), no sodas/junk food, I drink electrolytes, plenty of water, proteins and go on short walks to keep my digestive system from causing me unnecessary problems. People do your research before taking the GLPs. So, far I have not had any issues because I did plenty of research before taking Ozempic or Wegovy. So far, I have lost 16 pounds and this is week 5. I hope this helps someone who may be experiencing side effects.

Was about to watch and follow you but after the first 15 seconds I was turned off. Anyone that has to bring their race into what they're doing is absolutely sad!!! I stopped shopping at businesses and restaurants if they have signs saying Black owned. Am I the only one? I'm on a strict diet and I lost 6 pounds with my own effort in 1 month, I can get it back too. I use 0.25 doses of Ozenpic, and I still have an appetite

That didn’t happen me .. I took a shot of m ozempic uneventful and weeks later started Mounjaro too two shots so far and no vomiting 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
