Ugrren's OEM factory make some really hardcore stable products, the unbranded equivalent of this is a 50k mah bank. Some simple yet sophisicated parameters
Hello Scott. My name is Hagbag McTag and I live in Paducah, New York. Ugreen only made 5,000 of these units and did not expect them to be as popular as they were, they are currently contracting out to Foxccon to make 12,000,000 units and they hope to expect the units to come into stock on January 9th 2025. Please be ready to order by then! Unfortunately the price will increase by $100 as they were underpriced due to an unchecked error in their docking script on paulper POS service they actually didn't catch until they sold out so they lost money on each unit but fear not, they will come out clean and ahead when they get their new stock. Ugreen is a company made out of beef jerky and snack crackers from Ritz and born into slaughter by the Richie Maze grange and wine sellers in Jamaica. Please be patient with them, they speak Boche and not US Spanish. You take care I love you and God bless you, I know God blessed me! Jesus loves me! He loves me a bunch! Id personally like to see a max load full drain time test. It dropped 12 percent in under five minutes and not at max load. While it's nice it offers so much power the Wh is lower than a potential equivalent lithium variant right? Because Lipo batteries are physically larger? So yeah, some standardized tests would be what I'd be after. You could then have a rank in the video to give an idea how it stacks statistically to others. Ps. Red Dead ftw! Markb
It runs at 300W up to 80% and then goes down to 265W. From 65% it still manages 200W until it is at 1% (if you use 3x USB-C). That takes 40 minutes until it is empty ;-) Capacity is also great... 142Wh when discharging with 200-300W.
It looks nice, but still I'd rather have multiple smaller power banks. For instance, I would get two 25000mah 140W UGreens over this one. The most obvious advantage is that you get failure tolerance. If one of the power banks fails, you still have the other one. Also, suppose you have used up your power banks, when you have two you charge them with double the speed, because each of them is charging at 140W. Also, you can use two power banks in two different places, whereas with one big power bank you are constrained to charging everything in the same place.
Noooi grab a cuktech it got Tesla batteries for cars in them way better and on sale looks alot like this but smaller 300 max output I just bought one it's called cuktech p series 30 way better and it's on sale
I would be interested in seeing this heavily tested with scopes. I have seen reviews of other smaller ugreen batteries which performed well in general tests but on accurate tests Anker was far superior.
It's only a power bank. I'm hoping we'll have a power adaptor/powerbank devices eventually. Just 1 power supply to run our devices and also take on the go to portably charge as well.
Hello sir. If a charger has 9v-3a on its specs like my Samsung charger does, does that mean it will fast charge a device that max charge at 9v-2a ? Or is the charger going to fall back to 5v-3a that both the charger and the device support? Also how can I tell if a charger or power bank supports PPS when it's not mentioned
Hi. Thanks for reviewing this charging station. Can you please tell me what is its self-discharge rate (how much does it lose in a day or week if it is not used)? And could you compare the Ugreen 300W with the Jackery Explorer 100 Plus station in this parameter? I would be very grateful for the information.
Hey Josh, did you see the Anker app update? They added support for Anker c300 and c300 dc power stations, but they aren’t out yet. If you do review power stations, keep that in mind!

Agreed. Traveling will need approval, so limited and time consuming. The Anker 250w Prime or Jackery Explorer 100 Plus would be a better option if you travel.
This does not come close to Anker new Anker SOLIX C300 DC. They are bringing to models with 90,000mah and 300w and has more capabilities and is more versatile than this solar block.
I’ll be able to order and post my video soon. Anker is far superior. Has DC output, XT60 100w solar input, TWO 140w input for 280w INPUT. And 300w output like this one. Bluetooth and wifi for the app support. More ports and etc. it’s far better! Plus it has twice the capacity. Plus THIS ONE isn’t available to order. :(
@wwjoshdew awesome reviews as always. So i have the galaxy s24 ultra, 65w max charging laptop, earbuds and different tablets and super fast charging is important to me. I dont travel much so im deciding between this powerbank and a desktop charging station like the Ugreen 300W USB C Charger Nexode GaN 5 Ports. Are these basically equivalent except one is portable and the other isn't? There is a massive price difference and wondering why.
the anker can be taken on a plane. has bluetooth app support. You can disable a port's input so it ONLY outputs (which is HUGE for my use case!) and more. So they both have their pros and cons.
Haha I agree, I really love the “output only (or input only)” feature on the prime power bank. The pro I can think off the top of my head would be the use of LFP cells, which gives it so many more battery cycles than the Anker (3000 compared to 450).
Firstly, you didn’t mention the Anker charger with 2 ports totaling 170 watts. Secondly, you can take the Anker on a plane, whereas you can’t take this brick from UGREEN on a plane. Thirdly, there’s a weight difference of a kilogram. Comparing the Anker Prime 250W and the UGREEN 300W is incorrect because the UGREEN is essentially a charging station, not a power bank.
I can agree with that. I fly once every 20 years man. I’m not worried about that and I don’t think about that. I wouldn’t even know that was a thing if it hadn’t been for my UA-cam comments. Which judging by how many people talk about the 99Wh rule, a lot of people take power banks on a plane. I never have and probably never will. The 170w charging is crazy though. That’s a lot of power really quickly into a small unit. I try to keep my charging at 100 watts, and I’ve only done the 170w once. For the video to test. So I don’t think about that either. I appreciate your feedback! We all have our own needs and wants.
Yea, weight #1 and the fact that you can't carry it on in a plane. I think Anker is still my ultimate overall, but this is an awesome backyard or camping bank.
@@cidhomerimperialpneulemen2107 a one stop shop! Why stop there?! An AC plug that pops out from the back and goes into a wall. That way no power brick is needed.
guys look at the stream deck battery percentage here 14:06 its says 30% and if you look at the beginning of charge it was 25% ( 13:07 ). now I did some calculation. 48,000/100=480 x 9 (the amount of percentage loss during charging) = 4,320 . So it means this power bank been giving 4,320 mAh to those 3 devices.. do you guys think is legit? I don't think this power bank is being real with 48,000 mAh Capacity
@@wwjoshdew time to buy a tons of an accurate 18650 until u get 48,000 mAh and see if it can charge your 48,000mAh 18650 to near 100%. btw Ohm Life is pretty accurate battery
There is energy loss in any charging and discharging process. The energy conversion efficiency of most products is between 75% and 85%. In addition, the remaining power calculated by the power bank is based on the battery voltage. When the battery temperature rises, it will affect the battery. At the time you pointed out, the power bank is outputting high power and the voltage changes quickly, so the remaining power displayed by the power bank may be incorrect.

That’s true! But 170w into the battery is definitely a LOT and will degrade it faster. I’m happy with 100 watts in!
This looks like a good power bank and it has good spec and fast charging but the biggest draw back because as of 2024 we still need 120 and 240 watts 3 prong outlet for emergency
Anker has a refreshed C300 that you should compare with the Ugreen.
Definitely need 1 of them here in florida hurricane season ..gr8 vid

That takes 40 minutes until it is empty ;-)
Capacity is also great... 142Wh when discharging with 200-300W.
I need to buy some PD load testers.
Smart sending that power bank in that box lol

Hello sir.
If a charger has 9v-3a on its specs like my Samsung charger does, does that mean it will fast charge a device that max charge at 9v-2a ? Or is the charger going to fall back to 5v-3a that both the charger and the device support?
Also how can I tell if a charger or power bank supports PPS when it's not mentioned
i like the energy
Thank you!!
Hi. Thanks for reviewing this charging station. Can you please tell me what is its self-discharge rate (how much does it lose in a day or week if it is not used)? And could you compare the Ugreen 300W with the Jackery Explorer 100 Plus station in this parameter? I would be very grateful for the information.
Some of the Mini PCs from MinisForum can run from USB C. various models from 30w to maybe 88w.
Hey Josh, did you see the Anker app update? They added support for Anker c300 and c300 dc power stations, but they aren’t out yet. If you do review power stations, keep that in mind!
no. haven't tried the update! but thanks for letting me know.
So enthusiastic for a double 24.000mah battery xD
You do some very cool videos ! Been loving them. What are those wires you are using that have the digital displays ? also... you MUST review the BLUETTI AC2A - it's a tiny unit like the one you are doing now, but has AC outputs also. So curious to know more about that one too.

Anker is still the ultimate carry-on powerbank.
You have one with fast charging, wireless and magnetic? And high storage? I think 140 W is a big much for a phone. Maybe 40-60.
Does it say if it uses SiC MOSFET's. The coolness might suggest that.
I’m not sure! I don’t know how I could tell or find out, or what you’re even talking about. Lol
This is not a "Power Bank" anymore, more likely "small solar power station" (minus "solar" part obviously)
you only use this for emergency like during blackout or if you go for camping or hiking.
Great videos. I'm looking at either the ugreen 300w desktop or this ugreen 300w powerbank for my Samsung s24 ultra, 65w laptop, tablets, earbuds, mini drone, etc. I don't travel much. Is the powerbank good enough? Do you prefer anything else?
Right now it’s the most capable and powerful power bank I own!

Would be cool to see Anker’s response to this. Also, is it TSA approved?
Doubt it. This is for sure over 99.9wh
Lol not TSA approved. Anything over 100Wh is not allowed.
from what i read, you can do anything under 160wh with the airline’s approval. you can not have it in your luggage and must be a carry on item as well. and you can have up to two 160 wh batteries again, with airline approval.
I was looking at the ugreen but went with the anker for work because i drive around in the city and country side using a bicycle but i did get the ugreen 300w wall charger so i can charge the anker fast also a bonus is the anker has 65W supervooc and with and usb c to to dc adapter i can plug in the car charger from my goal zero solar panel and then i have the xiaomi charging protocol or vivos flash charge depending on what adaptor i connect
Awesome video, out of curiosity any chance you can test the bank at 100 and macbook from 0 see how long it wouls take to charge and how much battery you have left?
0 to 100 will probably be the same as a typical 100W charger and I’m guessing after fully charging a 16in MBP it’ll have about 35% left on the battery bank

O my gosh... its super cool,
Now get a solar panel for it, and take it to outdoot test where you are solar charging it! 😁
haha. I guess any solar panel that has a type c port will work. I don't really know.
It's a nice Powerbank but you can't fly with it because the wat hours exceeds the allowable amount. So traveling with it will be tough.
Agreed. Traveling will need approval, so limited and time consuming. The Anker 250w Prime or Jackery Explorer 100 Plus would be a better option if you travel.
looking forward to test on starlink mini☺️
This does not come close to Anker new Anker SOLIX C300 DC. They are bringing to models with 90,000mah and 300w and has more capabilities and is more versatile than this solar block.
I’ll be able to order and post my video soon. Anker is far superior. Has DC output, XT60 100w solar input, TWO 140w input for 280w INPUT. And 300w output like this one. Bluetooth and wifi for the app support. More ports and etc. it’s far better! Plus it has twice the capacity. Plus THIS ONE isn’t available to order. :(
@@wwjoshdew Agreed! I cant wait to get mine. I'm looking forward to your video. Thanks
i think it is time to increase the plane max battery capacity limits. i want one of these with me at all times.
Do you think that this is better than the Anker prime power bank? The 99.54Wh one
the anker can be taken on a plane. has bluetooth app support.
Can it actually charge 300W as it says? I only see 150W from your review. Maybe I am mistaken.
It can input up to 140w and output up to 300w. I show the output here: ua-cam.com/video/vHTRXDrm7T0/v-deo.html
Which charging cable is that - the one you used 3 pieces to charge the devices at the same time? AMZN link?
here you go: amzn.to/3YdJJfI (Pulled the link directly from my amazon orders)
Good for camping ..but weight is only concern..
Yea, weight #1 and the fact that you can't carry it on in a plane. I think Anker is still my ultimate overall, but this is an awesome backyard or camping bank.
NICE REVIEW

It’s sold out right now! Sorry.
guys look at the stream deck battery percentage here 14:06 its says 30% and if you look at the beginning of charge it was 25% ( 13:07 ). now I did some calculation. 48,000/100=480 x 9 (the amount of percentage loss during charging) = 4,320 . So it means this power bank been giving 4,320 mAh to those 3 devices.. do you guys think is legit? I don't think this power bank is being real with 48,000 mAh Capacity
@@Nuriil damn. You are an observant (noticing the steam deck battery) and smart person! I can’t confirm your theory. But you seem pretty smart.

Your lucky mate because the power bank used LiFePo4 Battey 6s configuration😂😂😂😂
