Wonton Noodle Soup Recipe

Wonton Noddle Soup
When it comes to a classic Chinese soup boil, I am in all the way. Now sometimes I do not always follow the traditional way of preparing it, for sometimes it is hard to find all the ingredients. So, being said here in this recipe, I could not find bok choy, so I used cukier that is very close to what I need to enhance the soup dish. As for the wonton, I found something that also was very close.
All in all, it turned out fantastic and I think that I like it better than an original recipe. Just try it your way and tell me how yours turned out.
ingredients
6 to 8 - Wonton dumplings or other
1/3 pkg. - Bok choy or other
1/2 pkg. - Wonton noodles or other
2 cups - Chicken stock
1 1/2 cups - Water
3 tbsp. - Ginger, fresh, chopped
1/4 tsp. - White pepper
1/4 tsp. - Sugar
1 tsp. - Sesame seed oil
Salt to taste
Options - Hot red peppers, hot pepper flakes
Toppings - Green onions, parsley, hot sauce
