If you get the chance, I'd like to see you run the 24f1.4 on the A1. It's a little wider than the GR, so it might be an interesting challenge to capture so much context in a scene, and get that radically different perspective. Also, if you post-process everything, then Sony has no negatives at all.
I've shot 24mm occasionally, but generally its just a bit too wide for stills. On a gimbal I use it for video often. But you're right, might be good to try again!

How do you get such clean results at night handheld? I usually need to slow shutter down very low and then it's easy to get motion blur. Base ISO? Denoise? Thanks.

I wanted to mess around with 8k and the higher fps video. Supposedly the af is also better but mainly the video part as I'm sure a7iv can focus just fine also.
@@DreySantesson well I also just upgraded to an m1 pro macbook and it seems smooth enough, but I havent shot enough 8k yet. I wanted to test it on this night but I forgot the proper type of sd card so had to stick to 4k.
I love Leicas and how they look and stuff, but buying Leica you are not paying for specs or image quality. Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji GFX all them beat Leica by far in every aspect like dynamic range, color depth and so on. You buy Leica just because it’s Leica, they are small, beautiful and it’s heritage.
Yeah. For me the m10 was a beautiful camera that kind of sucked in terms of performance, and it was so eye catching it got me almost too much attention on the streets which made me use it less due to my introverted nature. Ultimately I decided I value results more. I might get an m7 some day but digital leicas don't suit my style, as much as I wanted to love it, I'd always choose another camera over it when heading out for a shoot.

It's all edited on lightroom. I have a couple of lightroom videos on here that explain my process as well.

@@nth_to_see_here seoul is a more rugged version of tokyo. If it rains its great here. Tokyo is a safer bet for photos in any condition.
I'd love to hear a review of this setup. Also, your settings - do you shoot in Aperture Priority... how about focus settings?
With the sonys usually manual with auto iso (for stills), and afc with the small focus point that i shift with the joystick.

Since it was my first time using the lens I shot most of them at f1.2
Oh my God! you sold Leica camera for Sony mirrorless camera and I am thinking opposite because Leica is beast camera and I know af is not great.
