Here’s my YNAB win: Today I got my last teacher paycheck of the 21-22 school year. My salary is split into 24 pays instead of 20 so I got my regular pay plus a check worth 4 pays to cover the summer months. However with YNAB I am a month ahead so even though it’s the last day of June, I am fully funded through September. When I start getting paid again in September I will be budgeting for October. Goodbye money anxiety! It feels amazing!

After I really got the hand of YNAB I also became an "evangelist" lol to all of my co-workers and family who would listen for YNAB. So this is funny to hear. I just started in March and after the 34 trial I was sold and am definitely a budget nerd too. lol I am also a math teacher and have thought about how YNAB could be taught in conjunction with a high school financial literacy class. In Ohio, where I'm from every high schoolers has to take financial literacy. What if a whole class of students started with the semester long subscription and learned to budget using it. Wow! Wouldn't that be awesome!

Caitlin's win is exactly how I felt when I got my job because it's opposite of my husband's and I cackle every Friday when I get to allocate funds

I think YNAB is constantly trying to find new ways to have more users and it's find but that would be nice if new features were added. I have YNAB since December 2021 and no new feature has been added in the Android version. The Android version have 2 reports and one of them is only the money age. Before I want to tell my coworker to use this product, it would be nice to see YNAB investing more in new features instead of trying to get new users with existing features. That's my point.

Have you used it on your computer? The app just isn't powerful enough because you can't fit all the info you need onto the tiny screen. Its really just good for quick stuff. Not managing your entire budget.

Churches too. A lot of churches do a sermon series on personal finance and make tools available.

Our church brought in Dave Ramsey and his Financial Peace University course. That's how my hubby and I got on track and became debt free. We started budgeting with Every Dollar but it didn't work well with our credit union. That's when we switched to YNAB. It has been an absolute game changer! Love it so much!
