Geht NEW WORK jetzt überhaupt noch? | VLOG Keynote in München

Diese Woche sind wir wieder auf dem Weg nach München für eine Keynote zum „State of New Work“, ein Thema, welches angesichts des massiven Stellenabbaus im Tech-Bereich nicht aktueller sein könnte.
New Work entstand in den 1980er Jahren, als sich die Automobilindustrie in der Krise befand und Frithjof Bergmann nach Lösungen und neuen Wegen suchte, um Arbeit zu etwas zu machen, was den Menschen stärkt, statt schwächt. Auch in unserer heutigen Zeit kann New Work viel bewegen, wenn es richtig gemacht wird und ich glaube fest daran, dass Unternehmen, die jetzt richtig handeln, in Zukunft davon enorm profitieren werden.
Außerdem haben wir ‪@CharlesBahr‬ noch kurz am Flughafen getroffen!
