I feel like those are just made up for persona not actual tarot cards
@@NeroSeries some tarot sets have different cards like marukis consultant and some sets have aeon instead of judgment
Most of those are just names used for similar arcanas in other tarot decks
I feel like one thing should be clarified: while World and Universe in Tarot are same, in Persona universe it implied that Universe is vastly more powerful than World.
Yeah and? This video isn't about the "power levels" of Tarots but the symbolism.
It must be because the World is constant but changing, while the Universe is continuously expanding and it becomes much more mysterious than it ever was

I think that the trumpet on the judgment Arcana is actually referring to the Biblical apocalypse, in which the trumpets signal the end of the world, the returning of Christ, and thus the judging of humankind and who will go to heaven and who will go to Hell.

I feel this speculation should also be said about the symbolism of Persona 4's Velvet Room.
Like you said it is a Limousine driving through a dense fog. A Limousine is typically chauffeured and not driven by the actual owner. This could represent Yu's lack of control of where his life is headed, referencing his sudden transfer to Inaba. The fog the limo driving could represent a myriad of things, uncertainty of how his life in Inaba will go, and mystery in regards to the murder cases.

One thing you forgot to talk about is all the Social Links in the female main character route in Persona 3 Portable, mainly because many of the social links in that have shipped to other characters instead, including the male party members. So, I think that's something you'll need to look into about how the arcana connects to them when playing as the female main character. I just don't get why you've completely ignored them. Why, because FeMC isn't canon and doesn't exist, and therefore, they don't matter here? One guy I saw whom when doing a video about the Fool's Journey and how each arcana ties in with the Social Links/Confidant characters, he made sure to include the Social Links from the female route in Persona 3 Portable too.

The big problem I have is he completely ignored the Social Links that are exclusive to the female route in Persona 3 Portable and only talked about the male route's Social Links, which to me, whenever I see this type of move, it always seems like the person doesn't treat the female route as canon, much like so many other people in the fandom.
In the future, I think it'd be great if you did these sorts of analysis videos on Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The "Crests" are actually based on the Major Arcana, and it'd be cool to hear your take on how the students with crests compare and contrast with the Arcana, or which characters could match the leftover crests.

@@B_A-tr LOL I see your confusion, but I meant more in terms of the actual characters and crest designs, not the skills. Some of it is squint-and-guess but for some people it's pretty obvious. Like Claude - the Riegan Crest is a moon. He's the Moon Arcana - which can stand for light, illumination, mystery, deception... Which I think matches him pretty well! There were a few reddit (?) posts back in the day of people interpreting each crest with one of the Arcana, but I'd love to see a video essay exploring it.

What's the music you use in your Social Link Symbolism videos? I love the background music in these videos!!!!! They rock! I really want to know because I want to listen to these nice rock tracks while being in the moment, the music in these videos would be great focus music for something, and also good music when I'm drifting in thought.

It's mainly because they deal with this person who is pretty much controlling them and the person controlling them is blackmailing them, meaning they can't do anything to stop them. So, Joker pretty much changes their hearts and how they managed to work out that he's part of the Phantom Thieves by this pattern of how the people receive changes of hearts and that he asks for the controlling people's names and info and then after, the people he asks the names of receive heart changes and started being nice and apologetic to them, there's no way they can just brush it off as a complete coincidence.

Hi there! I just thought of something. What if the Personas of the cast of Persona 3,4, and 5 represent a part of the characters personalities? For example, Orpheus, the main Persona of the P3 protagonist reflects the fact that he loves music. Another example is Joker’s main Persona Arsene. Arsene could represent How Joker uses a mask to talk to others. What I mean by that is that outside of the Metaverse, whenever Joker talks to someone, he would switch an psychological/ emotional mask to match the person he’s talking to. Arsene could possibly represent that aspect of Joker’s personality, as Arsene tells Joker to run wild however he wants, Joker does just that. I think that after Joker awakened his Persona, he wanted to hide his new wild side from others, so he wears multiple different Psychological/emotional mask to hide it.
