This really might be my FAVORITE Drytron build of all time (well, at least since Eva was legal). Perfection for 5 negates just hits different.
In all seriousness, this is a “whole of hand” combo deck - 2 card combos aren’t a great demonstration of how safe this deck can play, or how high the ceiling goes. Trust me, give it a try and you will see why I call this one of the BEST decks right now. YuGiOh duelists everywhere, stay ready.

Have you tried small world? I recently found that if you play one nib and lava golem then you can reveal benten off small world, choose nib cause it’s a light, and add lava cause it’s the same atk as nib…. This has one won me so many games lately.

I have tested and drawing Zeta and 2 Benten is really really good
I've been testing 2 white layer and 2 alphan just to see if I can do the beatrice on my turn mill, fetch an Alphan, and then mill on the Opponent's Draw phase to grab another alphan, and holy crap if its not strong as hell.
I don't like 3 Droplets anymore dropped it to 2, and i'm currently still running two diviner for security's sake, having one backup to always n'tss kill is always welcome, as well as allows us to have a mill to cycle cards on the following turn.
You can also add white layer, abd send it with perfection, it will add alphan from gy or deck, which makes this guy 2 negates by itself
idk if its cheesy or just bad, but you technically can send trias in the grave with your diviner, tribute diviner (plus in case you have 1 or 2 bentens on the field) to special summon itself, so diviner specials one herald out of your deck, and you could go into psy end punisher just as easy as that. I personally like this card kinda much, just tell me if this one isnt quite good rn but cards which are unaffected by activated effects cant be bad right ^^
Plus if you manage to tribute up to 2 bentens you just draw 2 by trias plus another 2 fairys by those bentens

As always, amazing content, great deckbuilding.... And I'm loving the fact that Drytrons are still alive, even more, doing well against the tier 0 format. Been running Drytrons since the moment they were released. With and without MUI Beta Fafnir.. With 1 ben, with 3 ben.. with and without Helard of Ultimateness... I agree about Draconids. Never remove it unless when siding, if the matchup allows it.
Yo what're your thoughts on the megalith package in this build?? Elf can bring back Phul and it can be used for easy Elf access, that sounds kinda good

The biggest reason I like accesscode is because we're playing unicorn as a key extra deck piece but you cant climb into borrelsword from unicorn because borrelsword needs 3+ materials. In a perfect world we would be using unicorn borrelsword but I find that climbing with that combination can be so awkward
The one downside to that though, is you are climbing to unicorn and accesscode with IP which is a dark. So you only get a pop 1, maybe 2 if you went through elf or unicorn
@@G0ldenEagle64 normally you climb through phoenix (fire). IP does nothing going second just to link climb

I love this profile but has only tre cards that alloud to going second with consistency, I think that vanity’s built is more strong
Vanikey actually completely relies on drawing going 2nd cards to break boards, with the herald version you have more of a shot at going 2nd with just engine

Logan, you say you know all the Drytrons! I seek your knowledge, I am looking for or trying to create a Drytron dino deck with Ultimate Conductor Tyranno. A deck that only uses Link monsters in the extra deck and doesn't need Benten. Is that even possible?
I can tell you this, it’s def possible - but will be VERY suboptimal.

@@LoganJYA The problem is I need the deck for Master Duel's Link event which banned Benten and Mu Beta. This is the whole problem why I can't make regular Drytron work. I made it work in the past Synchro-XYZ Event, meaning without any Link monsters and without Benten, but the link specific one is really giving me trouble. I was hoping to use the Chaos Max OTK Link strat, but noooo, Chaos Max was also banned for the event, just like Benten and Perfection/Ultimateness. Even Vanity Ruler was given the finger. But I am not leaving Drytron behind, it is Drytron or nothing for me. I mean I even successfully played a super weird Shaddoll Dogmatika Drytron deck in the Fusion event and made that work, so there must be a way for Link as well.
In case you are wondering what I figured out so far: I can attach a light dino to my Union Carrier in order to ritual summon the carrier away, giving me a dino in grave for Double Evolution Pill. I don't yet have a way to search the pill with just Drytrons in hand. There are also no dino ritual monsters, so I need to get one to the grave through other means, potentially a Link Dino or the Union Carrier way I just described. There is also a lack of high level normal dinos, so using Advanced Ritual Art to summon something in that way is porbably not doing much besides adding bricks to the deck. The Union Carrier strat seems like the most convenient thing, so I looked for more ways to get the carrier going without expending Drytrons for it. Photon Sanctury lets me summon it, Drytrons as well as Tyranno are all light monsters, so that doesn't do much harm, but it still feels like a super weird inclusion, so there are probably way better ways. I am also looking for a way to search the pill with Drytrons, or something that gaives me the dinos that search the pill.
Edit: With some more testing I figured out that Curious may be a good option as long as I can get it on the field, sending Overtex and searching the pill, as well as providing me with the Dino, as such preparing everything I need for the Tyranno pill. When I draw the pill I can still use Union Carrier, but if I can consistently make curious in some way, I can play the pill at just 1 or 2 instead of 3 and I don't actually need to draw it. Overtex is a brick, but not such a bad brick to be honest. Plus, Overtex would work with That Grass Looks Greener I think, which I considered playing in a larger version of the deck. Seems kind of high risk high reward, but if I run 2 pills it is probably worth the risk as it can give me a lot of Drytron monsters at maxed out names as well as everything I need for Tyranno, or it can suck Meteonis and Tyranno out of my deck and ruin pretty much everything.
This build looks great! How would you say it'll stack up once the Bystial cards come out though?
Honestly, I think this is the mandatory build for bysted, they are gonna be trouble, and the easiest way for us to combat them is with easy perfection and orange light

The real tech is to play the crystal beast package with ruby and the bridge. I end on lyna + secret village w/ minimum 2 fairies in hand, often 3
Intriguing ! Only reason why I’m hesitant is due to the bricks - Trias is one name that’s a fairy anyway, trap does nothin in hand and isn’t easiest to pitch turn 0

In this build , I found them redundant, losing to the same thing as perfection
So why don’t we use ultimateness? Wouldn’t that make us have less cards in main deck since you wouldn’t have to have pre prep and an specific ritual spell?
You can but the pre prep is just such a free card when you have it that it justifies running 4 bricks.
High risk high reward type of deal.
Because you automaticly lock up 3 negates with this build, with preprep and any benten access, which might help playing through hand traps
Drykage-sama, I need to duel my friend who only showed some interest in getting back into Yu-Gi-Oh( He stopped right before Link monsters). When I said that I would duel him with my ritual heavy deck (Megatron), he laughed at me and said that I need to take him seriously and duel him with a real deck! Thereafter, I decided I need to send his ass to a Tsukuyomi hell full of drytron monsters in your name.

I like to call this build Perfectron
I really like to put in my deck chaos max dragon with 2 BEWD 1 high ritual art and 1 advanced ritual art, this way you still have something to use your zeta for and with banning the drytron ritual spell, you still have other options.. + chaos max can turn your game around in alot of times
Chaos max is inherently bad in drytron because of all the super poly and not targetting removal in the game, its too much of an investment, and even if it goes through, draconids still is better to break boards, because theres no way you otk with a chaos max
I had one time trouble playing against a branded despia player, and then on my turn he summoned an aluber jester of despia in def with 0 def, i summoned the chaos max and won the game in an instant because of double piercing dmg, but yea noticed that mirrorjade and super poly do come through
@@nejckozelj2406 one time example isn't sufficient to support a whole strategy, i can see the point of why chaos max can take games by surprise, but draconids just still is better overall by its its effects and ability to litteraly rip an entire board by itself

This deck loses hard against byysted. Surrender as soon as you see a single byysted monster. It's good against a lot of other things
