I’ve been playing a similar build but it ends on set scythe + set unlocking + batosbuster + crystal wing + IP + Elf (ignoring nibiru) or set scythe + set unlocking + crystal wing + elf (playing around nibiru) Can help play around the mine unless they bait it out unlocking with a DRNM or something first lol
Honestly I think were moving towards a world where Beatrice is the cuttable slot. Other than mischief were not really playing side deck cards like token collector and banshee anymore, and if you open a 1 name hand Beatrice only saves it with exactly benten/ diviner and ritual spell access and this deck doesnt play prep or ritual sanctuary.
So awesome combo, I like that it doesn't lose to drnm, but if your opponent plays mysterune or eldlich set 5 and pass what's the plan? Personally still not sold on dropping megalith but this is a very nice list
That’s a good question and a very fair point, we will only get to remove one back row with the combo. However, in g2/3 knowing it’s a back row matchup we can instead turbo into elf settup with draconids and mu beta for pops and s/t negs

@@LoganJYA Yeah the Thunder of Ruler "FTK". Opening just Nova + Vendread Battlelord is full combo which is kinda cool. EDIT: I just realized today that Alpha + Zeta by itself is FTK if you play Battlelord. I've been playing the deck for 2 weeks and didn't notice until now 🥲

I have been playing this deck for more than a year now and I used to play nightingale until I realized that I never needed to summon her, so I took her out and since they I haven't missed her once simply because Mu beta has 2000 atk which is plenty. In my opinion there is no reason to play her
A friend showed me that you can play a vendread build that sets up battlelord in under 5 summons to protect from nibiru and other monster hand traps. Would love to hear your thoughts
so no megalith, no amorphactor pain, no herald & no magikey only mystic main as addition.. i think everybody will play multiple mystic mine outs after those YCS's OR it will be banned soon so i am looking forward for the 20.0 update but this 19.0 is not my style
There is no synergy with MM! It just destroys interaction and stalls for all eternity! At least be proud and stand for MM when you play it! It just sounds so hypocritical otherwise

What's nice in this list is that you could even destroy Flunder by summoning Bagooska instead of dweller in the combo
Yooo the fire ideasssss, then for mandatory detach in SB trigger NTSS pop map or trap
I think u can just use lancea instead of scythe in the combo and boom no bird are flying

When you used the second time Meteonis, isn't the Mu just 1000 atk and therefore limiting that you could summon Benten?
