One thing not mentioned about the Rypstick is that it gives you audio feedback on how fast you’re swinging. The fastened your swing the loader the whistle.
Love the RypStick! Just sometimes don't get to practice with it often enough, will be trying to get it into my routine more often
Love the Rypstick and it definitely works. Question is, what do you do after training for 3-4 months on it which I have done.? Do you continue year round with the training? Or cut back to once or twice a week? Thx for responding.
Thanks for the comment! Depends on what you're after...if you've made your speed gains and you're content with what you're at now, the Rypstick can serve as a warmup tool for the range and to use for short sessions to maintain the speed. However, if you'd like to contiue picking up speed, you can restart the training process and pick up some more speed!
@@2ndswing Thanks for the feedback. Never really fully content but this is good to know! You have a great product and have used for interval training as well. I will keep using. Thx again.
I’ve noticed they have shorter options online. Are those for irons or for youth/juniors? I am contemplating buying a shorter one because my garage height is just over 8.5-9 feet
