  • Hey guys, this is a great workout you can do without any gym equipment. I like to do 20, 10 each leg and as many sets as I can. The push-up/ Sit through will help strengthen your core, chest and arms, and also give you hip movement. This drill is also similar to the sit through or sit out drill, but you don’t need a partner.
