When did Woody stop serving drinks and start playing disc golf?

Nice stats. Since nose is based on launch, it is SUPER critical you get your launch consistent at the net before trying to tweak nose. Definitely helps to have a BIG OLE 12x12 net for this kind of work!

Cool vid amazing spin and speed! Definitely need to get a taller net or put it on top of something so you can throw higher launch angles. It's much easier to throw nose down with a low launch angle but that often doesn't translate to being able to throw higher launch angles with nose down which is where you need nose down the most.
However, I don't think the nose angle change is coming from what you think it is, at least not directly. If you put the disc out towards the normal release point, the disc pivots out of of your hand and goes kind of in the direction the back of the hand is facing, pour the tea is not tilting the disc in the nose down direction when considering this, while supination of the forearm does tilt the back of the hand more down (and palm up). Whenever people shadow pour the tea being nose down they are holding the disc out in front of them which is not where it is released. I believe whatever you did that resulted in more nose down happened to indirectly help you supinate more into the release. I've gotten as extreme as -21.5 nose down with a +18.7 launch angle at 68 mph with 0 effort to pour the coffee (last throw in my form mix n match vid), all the focus was on just making sure I was supinating close to the release which often gets me -8 nose with high launch angles too.

Looking forward to see more of tech disc work. Had mine for 6 months and help a lot. Did you guys talk about your launch angle ? From what I have heard, nose angle + launch angle should be around +6 for max distance ( so -4 nose +10 launch ie)

But the real question is did it work in the field? Do you see results in your actual throws?

@DiscManiac28 I tried this tonight on a football field. Favorite place for winter field work. I think this is going to work for me. I try not to click on every "this thing will add 500' to your throw" kor whatever the pitch for the vid is), and I resisted clicking in yours. Until I clicked on it. I really like how you're sharing your journey and discoveries. And again, I think this tip is a winner.

What fixed my nose angle for back hand throws was to lean into the throw, like I'm trying to bust a door open with my shoulder. I recommend that anyone with a nose up issue try it out.
