Sir, Isn't that CAT (kodon of DNA) converted to m-RNA will be GUA which code Valin amino acid? If it's undergo translation... Isn't that UAC is Anticodon, if we see in amino acid clearly Histidin..but..which one of those strand code amino acid?.m-RNA or anticodon of m-RNA..thank you ...as i knw, m-RNA is the one code amino acid wich CAT could changes to GAU code of Valin...not CAT to GAU then Anticodon CUA code Histidin..please clarify this if i'm wrong. thank you.

Mis sense - change in amino acid sequence
