Dude... Take your Camera off AUTOFOCUS. Try setting it to F Stop 8 or 11 and you should be able to have everything in Focus without using AUTOFOCUS which jumps everytime you move your hand. (also, if you are in INDIA or any country with 50Hz frequency for the AC Current - set your Shutter to 50 - that will eliminate the flicker)

the sequence he wrote is of the coding strand of DNA, so by transcription, mRNA produced will have the same sequence except it has U instead of T, so this mRNA produces the protein with the help of tRNA by the process called translation..
