Side body stretches are some of my all time favorite poses! These areas of our body (side of the neck, outer hip, IT band, side waist) are often neglected and can accumulate tension and tightness over time. This is a soothing 45 minute practice that will help you free up those spaces. Enjoy!

Omg, I always have to stop the yoga videos to stay in each posture a long time, and finally someone is doing it the "right" way! The more you breath in a posture, the more you get a real connection with your body.

can I just say how amazingly you instruct your classes? I never have to look up at the video because you explain everything so perfectly. Usually with yoga videos, I have to watch the video in its entirety first to get an idea of what I will be doing and then I play it a second time and that's when I actually do the video. This is one of my favourites, even though I’ve only come to your videos in the last year. I was wondering if you have a front body equivalent. The back body always gets a lot of attention but I’m always much tighter in the chest, anterior shoulder, quads and hip flexors and I end up piecing together a couple of practices to get everything covered. You’re doing wonderful things in the world and I credit you with restoring my well-being in 2022. Thank you!

Some very intense poses. But I felt wonderful afterwards. It seemed to release a lot of tension from my body. I love the longer classes. Hi Kassandra, I also love doing yoga with you. You give very helpful instructions and your voice is calming. Many of your poses I have not done before so it makes the class interesting for me. I would like to make a request. Is it possible for you to start a class with a few moments being quiet on the mat for grounding. I usually pause the video to do that myself, but then I have to get up and restart it. Just a suggestion. Namaste'
This was my first time ever doing this Vin yoga kind. great vid by the way again! I've been doing yoga for 1.5 yrs and the only kind I've ever done was vinyasa flow. This was definitely different. This was very "mental" and my body wasent used to sitting still for so long. It was pretty challenging and my body would get "irretable" is the only way I can explain it? I felt like I just had to move? But about half way through I calmed my body down and actually slipped into a meditative state a few times, which felt pretty cool when I came out of it and realized I had disappeared for a few minutes...but does anybody else feel the mental challenge of holding a pose for an extended period of time? Or is this just because I've only done the vinyasa kind until now? thanks for another good vid!
+Cédric Ben Güttmann I used to HATE yin yoga when I first started! Just like you I would get bored and a little frustrated from holding a pose so long. Slowly though I started to quiet my mind and really enjoy the meditative aspect of it. Stick with it! Yin Yoga is one of my favorite styles now and compliments vinyasa flow very well :)
That felt delicious I can definitely feel where I have the tightness, I did feel discomfort getting out of banana pose on left side. I constantly drive a lot. Can you do a restorative sequence to open psoas as well
Devi I try her yin yoga class called neck, back, and hips. I believe it's one of the hour long ones. the second or third pose is an amazing IT band stretch that she gives variations for. :)

Perfect sequence, but the sound quality of this one is really poor :( I had a great time anyway, thank you so so much once again for a fantastic yin class.
Background music is tuned to A=440Hz. This tuning is harmful to the mind and body. Natural frequency of A=432Hz is more beneficial for us humans. Thank You for the poses and verbal comments.
