If my memory serves me correctly, it was partially ego, but partially because whatever "gold star" is--is worth dying for apparently. I think Bailey was trying to cover something up from the BAU because it's this massive scandal and apparently Voit knows about it too.
That was incredibly stupid move to confront a serial killer on his own, his ego got him killed.
People really should listen to veterans of the BAU more seriously.
He was annoying af in this episode he should of listened he would still be alive
Maybe his contract was about to expire
True!
Lets see what Goldstar is all about
honestly i was happy when this happened bailey was getting on my nerves 😂
Same
He's a prick
Bailey and Voit did such a great acting job, really sad to see Bailey get killed off, but they were both really good actors.
Sad not said

I don’t understand why Bailey did this
Ego
Weakness it is.

@@lucidity1230agreed
Goldstar is BAU's mess... more specifically Gideon & Rossi's mess. and Bailey was trying to cover it up.
Gente alguém tem algum palpite sobre a última cena??? Quem é e oq é a ESTRELA DOURADA????
Wait, I didn't see this season, was Will deputized?
Will's also a cop. This happened in his PD's jurisdiction so he was able to assist in the arrest.
@@Entertainment720_Aren't they in California here? He has jurisdiction in Cali?
@@Yuunarichuthey were in Seattle, or just outside it. My guess is Will was on loan to the FBI and as such would have had the same jurisdiction.
