Thanks for sharing Ruan! I had already watched two other SHJ unboxings but I couldn't resist watching yours too! I remember hearing about children watching toy unboxings on youtube years ago and thinking that's weird, but these days I totally get it! :-D
Got to be honest Ruan, I’m not a fan of unboxing videos, but you are so funny and entertaining I’d watch you unwrap a pack of sausages. Keep going gal, if there was ever an award for funniest, most entertaining sewing vlog you’d win it hands down! Love your vlogs!

You just make me laugh, how can you not remember being in the book 🤣😂🤣. I got the pink, which is lovely but not sure about the yellow & haven’t seen the mauve or blue yet. Hopefully you can swop with someone. When I got the geometric fabric few months ago, I was really disappointed as black & orange are my least favourite colours. I ended up gifting it to a friend as it was definitely not me.

I love the yoga fat quarters and that’s cool that you are in the magazine but hilarious that you forgot🤣 I’m bad at taking photos of my makes too, especially at this time of year as it’s too wet or cold to take pics in the garden and I can never find a good spot inside 😃 Looking forward to seeing your recent purchases! Hope you get some sewing time this week. I am working on costumes for my daughters dance studio so sewing for myself has come to a halt!

I love to batch sew as well. I’m trying to stitch up two SOI Heather dresses in one day. Yeah - lots of luck with that one. Especially if I keep watching Vlogs!

I got the purple and love it xxx I've copied your pyjama top (free pattern) but using the mauve double gauze and I couldn't quite fit in full length pyjama bottoms so they've ended up with 3/4 bottoms. Another fantastic vlog thank you 😊xxx

I was lucky enough to get the pink colour way and when I saw Esthers version of the Adrienne, was in luuuuurve! So mine might be heading in that direction. I’m not sure on the yellow colour either…..🤔. Some people can rock that colour but it would kill me. So I lucked in 🍀. Hopefully someone can do swapsies with you. I can’t believe how much you got done in a morning!! 🤯

So far I've only seen the yellow fabric and not a fan. I hope you find someone to swap with. Oh I totally understand about your sewing room. Mine is a mess because I haven't totally organized it since moving into the new room. I was also trying to find 2 patterns that for some reason aren't in their envelopes. I'm hoping they are in a box I haven't unboxed. I am using fabrics in my stash to make pj's for myself, my 10 year old granddaughter, and my 2 great nieces aged 2 1/2 and 1. Enjoy your Yorkshire pudding, a favourite of mine even though I don't eat the beef.

Yes I think a few people have said that about the yellow big sometimes I think it’s good to be pushed out of our comfort zone. It might grow on us 🤞
Another cracking vlog Ruan - thanks. I've got the purple / lilac SHJ fabric and would be happy to swap with you for the yellow if you don't get any offers of the pink. Every unboxing vlog I've watched so far has had the yellow so I think there must've been a lot of that one. I'm going to use it to toile a Westcliffe dress so don't really mind about the colour and purple isn't my favourite anyway!
