I love reading in comments how some think they can do a better job than possibly the most proficient firefighting unit in the world. Great vid! Great job FDNY! You all do what 95% of us don't have the balls to do. Keep safe out there.
I have the feeling that some people do not know the danger FDNY faces each and everyday and this comes from a firefighter with well over 50 years of experience in volunteer and paid in FDNY
The FF for whom the mayday was called fell through the 2nd floor down to the 1st. He heard the mayday call, didn't realize it was on his behalf, and ran back up the steps to the second floor to help. (That's from the press conference.)
As a first responder exposure and cancer researcher, it always make me wince P seeing firefighters coming out of a burning and smoky building without their masks on!!! What's the point of carrying all that extra weight if you won't use your SCBA, especially with what we know about cancer causes?
You are consistently in the right place right time but you've got to learn to hold the camera steady and not zoom in and out. The footage is vertigo inducing and that's a shame because you were in a position to capture a great story.
Yeah I was mainly going from place to place and moving around and trying to zoom in and. Out on different things I will keep your advice for the next time & future clips.
The ones not wearing gear are chauffeurs and chiefs. Why do you think tou don't see geared up members?....because they're inside working. Cmon man, think.

flying the NYPD flag and blue lines thanks brothers. RIP Officer Jonathan Diller
Firefighters hate cops😂😂😂😂😂
That was a smoky one, super great video work.
Thank you to all firefighters everywhere for protecting the citizens of your coverage area.
Thank you 🤙
Great video coverage. I very much enjoyed your camera work regardless of what the camera expert said.
Wow what a perfect spot you stood at catching all the units coming in to the on scene work! Great job as always dude 🤘
Thanks!
Amazing footage all around!!
Thank you!
Awesome, awesome video. Thank you.
Thanks
Great video and thank you for not having any unnecessary chitchat or play-by-play

Wow!!! That church has been there at least 50 years. I'm 54 and it's down the block from my Elementary school. P.S. 147
One thing about the FDNY, they aren't afraid to use their aerials.
Nightmare, a church in the Bronx, old, probably lots of varnished wood inside, with lots of exposures! Great job NYFD!
Amazing footage brother ! great work
Thanks!
Nice to see a few of the units playing respect for the fallen police officer with the thin blue line on the trucks.

Quick thinking MPO he got that deck gun going!!
Great video
Thanks!

Fire company's not units
Same shit.
So do you get to apply for coward job😂😂😂😂😂😂 I remember when firefighters ran into burning building and now half aren't wearing gear
